Royce Hotel & Casino

The hotel is old and needs update or removations

This review is for the Royce Hotel & Casino "older" tower. There is a newer tower of the hotel that is parallel to the old hotel. At the time of booking, I did not know that I had booked a room at the older tower. The room was outdated, but clean enough if you're looking for a quick stay & aren't expecting the Four Seasons or say even a Marriott. We only stayed for one evening and it did the job. We had a terrible check-in experience, there were two female agents at the front desk. The one agent made up for it though with her customer service skills, the other one who greeted us upon check - in was rude and had a connotated notion. She made a comment and said " FOR TWO BEDS?" We're an interracial couple, why in the world would we need two beds when our reservation specifically was booked for ONE. After we told her no and to look at our reservation she did not speak after that, the other agent took over and completed our check-in. The location is convenient food wise, there are restaurants across the street, or you can also dine at the hotel or request for room service. It is also near Clark Intl. Airport, it was a 15-20 min ride. If you require transportation to the hotel, you can reach out to them ahead of time (upon booking) & let them know. We checked out the casino for fun. There were slot machines and tables ( at least what we saw). Overall, I would rate the hotel a 3.9/5. For the price that we paid for a room, I had higher expectations, not a motel like room.

It is a well appointed great property

Nicer than any place I stayed at in Las Vegas. This is a 5 star hotel. The Filipino staff are the best.

Close to Clark international airport, staff were nice and helpful, booking came with an excellent buffet breakfast.

The rooms are old

Staff and security are wonderful kind people.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, easily accessible to transportation, room very clean, staff so kind and helpful including the securities, and the food superb!! Highly recommended!

No smoking but smells weed

The hotel room was spacious ,nice and clean. The food needs improvement. Some dishes are too sweet or too salty. The juices for breakfast are either too sweet or don't taste like the fruits they represent. Its a the worst brand I have ever tasted in a hotel..

Excellent hotel

My only concern about the hot and cold water fluctuate from hot to cold very uncomfortable. Hoping the will solve this issues soon before we go back. Mahalo

The bathroom is full of mildew and the shower door does not close right, flooding the outside of the bathroom. They called engineering (maintenance) and they cannot fixed it completely. Their solution they gave me extra towels to wipe outside when the water pours out. I was not aware that there was an old and new building but regardless it should be cleaned properly. If I knew that was the condition of the place I should have just stayed at my own house. It was grossed, especially they called themselves the #1 hotel in the area.

At first they assigned us in an old building used to ppl. We paid extra for the newer hotel. Website was very confusing.

No hot water

Amazing hotel for me and no regret staying booking in the hotel. For sure, i will go back there in the future
