We stayed for 4days and 3 nights in triple room Oct 9-12. If you planning to stay here, you should book early as there are days that they are fully book. Negative/ positive feedback: * Our rooms (202)have mosquitoes, we asked the staff to spray the room for twice as we worried we get dengue from mosquitoes bites. * aircon is bit noisy. My parents cannot take aircon since the aircon is facing right direct to them. Take note that there’s wall fan inside which maybe good during summer. * we did not enjoy the shower with heater because the water pressure or water coming out from the shower is minimal. Alternatively you have to use the pail of cold water coming from faucet.(it’s fine of summer, but not this rainy season or older people) * those who cannot sleep because of noise please be aware that the partitions of each rooms and flooring were woods only. Sometimes you can hear the voices on the other rooms & the noise outside the road. *aside the location is near to road, it is also convenient for you to walk going to eateries, Mt. Tapyas , tour agency, boating dock where they will send you for your tour. Below the lodge there’s also souvenir shop. Walking distance as well to other souvenir shops. * I suggest they change their pillows, i will not elaborate it anymore. Blanket is thin. I hope they have thicker one. * You can cook food at minimal charge of P50 per meal & they will allow to use their utensils. They do serve breakfast also, but we never try. * All staffs are friendly. They will reply to your inquiries. Other info: Airport transfer is standard at P150 per head one way. Tricyle within distance ride is P10. If you want to go Maquinit hot spring they said P400 standard fare for return trip. Overall if you are in tight budget , this lodge is not bad! But if i come back again in coron I will stay other place.

Perfect for budget travelers!
Location What I love? - One tricycle ride away from food establishments. Near the port where island hopping starts. Room What I love? - Had a comfortable sleep. - The room has basic features but if you'll be touring around Coron the whole day, then this room is just fine. Amenities What I love? - The place sells local beers and chips, you can spend your late night chilling at lodge's balcony. Food What to improve? - The breakfast is pretty basic for its price, P150/meal. If you have enough time, you can go out and look for an eatery, breakfast will cost you around P100 only with better serving. Service What I love? - If there's one thing I love the most about this place, it's their service. From picking up from the airport, to arranging the tours, you can rely on them. Usually, getting the transfer/tours from the hotel will cost more, but Sea Coral Lodge offers the standard price, which is perfect for budget travelers. - The staff is courteous and friendly, you'll not find it hard to approach them whenever you have questions/inquiries.

Great Value for the Cheapest Price
I stayed in this hotel for 3D2N. The room was kept clean. The staff were accommodating. There was a coordination with the hotel staff and the tour guide, so everything went smooth. I will recommend this Hotel.

OK for the price
Pros: affordable place Near the center Have cable tv Aircon works fine (but loud) Have hot water that works Mattress even though thin was comfy Have kitchen you can use to cook for a fee (Php50 per meal) Have free water for drinking from dispenser Cons: very thin walls. You can hear the snoring of the next room They have the worst pillows ever. Hard as a rock, looked dirty too. They should throw those away it's embarrassing for them. Didn't get any sleep the first night because of the said pillows Very thin blanket(?) Staff are cold. I don't get the reviews that said otherwise. I mean yes they answer if you ask a question but they answer in a very cold manner. Megan specially will not even look at you. This is what disappointed me the most. Also they accommodate you and your questions unwillingly. The lesbian person there was nice though. They will not change towels unless you ask. To reserve with them takes minimal effort but once you have paid deposit talking to them will be harder. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO TEXT MESSAGES ANYMORE. You have to call them to get an answer and even calling them will not guarantee an answer as they are very undecided on the simplest matters. We mostly talked to Megan when we refer to Sea coral lodge btw. Double check your bill before you pay. Megan gets "confused" easily. In conclusion if you are in a very tight budget and would be staying out the whole day and is pretty sure of your dates then this place is a good choice. But if you can pay a bit more look somewhere else. We did for the latter part of our trip and was somehow relieved to be in a better place.
