I was extremely happy with the accomadations. It was exactly as stated. Considering the amenities the price was good. Plenty of room to relax. Good Aircon. Wi-Fi was excellent. Having a washing machine was nice. Being able to do laundry in the condo was great. Flat screen TV. Nice being able to cook in the room. The swimming pools looked great wish I had more time to take advantage of using them. Great location. Only a short walk to SM Mall of Asia. Easy transportation to the airport. Plenty of taxies available.
I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Manila.

I love the 6 swimming pools! I enjoyed the location of this hotel! Convenient to Mall of Asia, public transportation, City of Dreams, Most restaurants, Seaside etc.

Sea Residences by Homebound is a three-star property located along Sunrise Drive in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The property offers comfortable accommodations, a wide array of amenities and services, and a convenient location.
The property has a total of three different room types available for rent: the One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, the One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, and the One-Bedroom Suite. Rooms range between 24 to 36 square meters in size. Each room comes fully furnished with amenities such as an air conditioning unit, a flat-screen television with cable channels, a kitchenette with a complete set of kitchenware, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stainless steel sink, an electric kettle, a separate dining area, a work desk, and additional seating areas. The attached private bathroom comes with a full set of toiletries, a bidet, and a shower with adjustable water temperature. Select rooms include a separate living area and a balcony. WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas and comes free of charge.
The property houses an on-site restaurant where guests can enjoy an assortment of dishes and a wide selection of beverages. Hot coffee can be enjoyed at the in-house coffee shop.

It is not a hotel. It is private owned apartment rooms, so don't hope any breakfast or other services. To swim you must pay P 150 . The room is clean and has complete utensils. Washing machine, iron, stove, rice cooker, spoons, forks etc. It is very nice for long stay or with family. The check in process is quite long. The security guard will contact the room owner. The staff came and asked the passport to copy it. Beware. Take picture, since we don't know who are he/she.

Great location and complete kitchen utensils. However, aircondition had a leak and was dripping water on the floor so we had to clean the floor everytime it had a puddle of water. (unit 1033)

at first I was prepared to give a bad review as I initially texted the contact number a few hours before I arrived to ask what building the unit was at but I never got a reply. good thing when I arrived the contact guy was just there and I was checked in smoothly without any hassle and he was very helpful and informative during the whole process. the room is very clean and well maintained. I guess the only issue I have is that pool use is now additional payment unlike in the past it came with the stay (those bookings were not done using this management company or traveling). Otherwise, it was a very good experience and thank you.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and accomodating. I have one comment though, I wasn't made aware of the WiFi password. There was no phone from room to communicate with staff, reception, or family, friends in the local community or even for food delivery.
