We were not able to check-in on time but the staff accommodated our request for late check out. Breakfast was great! Even though it was a plated meal but it was hearty and filling.

Excellent location ! Very close to the mall and has very good staff. Room is very clean and always have the things you need. Wish there’s an outlet for USB-C so for those who live in other country , don’t need to bring travel adapter . Swimming pool needs to get done soon ! All in all a good place to stay .

Clean rooms, lots of pillows, very comfortable beds. You can really relax. Perfect if you just arrived from long travel. The only problem I encountered was with regards to the TV. Most of the channels don't have signals. Other than that, most of the things you need for the stay are complete.

I love everything about seda! Although they had limited food options during breakfast, their hot chocolate was to die for! The pool was a bit disappointing. We were checked in at around 3:30pm since we requested for connecting rooms. Kudos to the front desk for apologizing about the delay and made sure everything was ready. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very accommodating in requests especially for PWD needs. The location is very convenient also, for shopping since it is interconnected to the Ayala mall. Don't forget to taste the “sikwate” (traditional cocoa drink) during the breakfast buffet, too!

Staffs are courteous, hotel sanitation is good tho the aircon/ventilation at the lobby is quite warm (which is understandable since it's still pandemic and continuous closed ventilation is still a factor for transmission) bedroom is comfy and well sanitized. Free breakfast buffet at misto restaurant is amazing! I only have one quite undesirable comment about not having a bidet and/or tabo on the room's toilet & bath which is super essential for filipino tourists like me (tissue paper are well stocked tho) and I think there's some maintenance on going near our room, we're hearing some drilling on walls at night but it's totally fine. I wish the hotel would work on that. Overall stay was amazing and I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Cebu. Thanks a lot!

Great customer experience, from the lobby, across the corridors until the dining area. Everybody smiles at you and greets you. The room is spacious enough with a sofa that gives it that homey feeling. When you request for something, they make sure it’s delivered right away. Will definitely come back.

- The check in took so long, other than that I need to send email verification from app to the hotel admin. - One of the three rooms that I booked was not ready when we finished the check in, it took us 40 minutes to wait for the room to be ready. Moreover, I need to go down to the front desk to pick up the key for that room, the hotel staff at least can deliver the key to the other room since me and my family waiting there as one room is not ready yet.
