Good value for money, friendly staff and had a good stay!
- Family vacation
Great staffs. Very helpful and accommodating.

Entrance to the hotel is a little shocking , a small busy street off EDSA without pavement (sidewalk). It looks scruffy. But inside is a different story, it looks as if it is operated well. The room looked great, comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy. Breakfast was good quality, it was a quality buffet breakfast but with only a limited number of items.
- Backpacking
Good stay for one night. Good breakfast. On the next day I just don't like other guests that are noisy early in the morning. Location is very good.
- Backpacking
The best customer service and facilities
- Backpacking
I checked in at quarter 3, but the room is not yet available. I had to wait for 20 minutes because the front desk officer said they were still cleaning the room.

For travellers looking for a clean hotel which is excellent value for money I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are wonderfully friendly and very professional. The room was clean with plenty of towels, the bed was huge and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. Budget price hotel
I was given a nice little cute room. The hotel is quite nice and very affordable. It was close to the airport. Hotel provide a pick up form the terminal if you booked directly to their website. The hotel driver was very pleasant. A nice start of the holiday. Hotel staff was friendly and was very helpful. The hotel is near the train station . A few minutes walk to the market where you can buy almost anything, clothes, food etc.. Buffet breakfast was ok, bread, noodles, chicken, salads and unlimited drinks, and coffee was nice. I would say I really enjoy my stay at this budget hotel.

Such a Nightmare When I Came Back For Another 2 Night Stay
First, the rate for this hotel is a good offer. We were about to booked with Hotel 101 but when I saw the offer i booked it immediately. We stayed from August 15 to 17 or for 3 nights. I didn't expect anything that Shogun Suite Hotel would amaze me as a 4 star hotel employee in Boracay Island. I arrive early and they let me check in by around 12PM. The room was big but not spacious for a family room. It has cable television, a mini ref and a small table. What made me happy is the T & B which is separated. The employees were polite and helpful especially Joselito from concierge I think. I am not just so sure because a lot of employees where there that time. The restaurant menu and prices were also good but do not expect that everything is consistently cooked. Restaurant staff were happy to serve us especially Ashley and everyone during breakfast. (Breakfast option is not good I only have coffee for 3 days) I would suggest to put menu tag because not everyone knows your food being displayed. Taxi rate Hotel-MOA was 250.00. No comment. Just paid. The restaurant offer karaoke or videoke until 9PM. So dont book from 5th floor and up, you cannot sleep during day time. My 3 nights stay was good however when i cam back it was: "Such a Nightmare When I Came Back for Another 2 Night Stay" We came back on August 20 before flying back to the Island. On that night we were eating dinner and had a drink with my 2 friends and the other one who came in late like almost 10pm. The restaurant closes at 10PM but we requested if we can still stay because we are not yet done with our Jose Cuervo. (FYI, they only have one stock per liquor so we ordered El Hombre which is too cheap and eventually ruin our stomach through out the day). We were advise to move to our room since they really need to close the restaurant and its already 12AM. Then we moved. Around 2AM, I requested for a taxi to transfer my friend to Guadalupe. This is not as far as Pasay to Cubao. The rate was 1,100.00. God, how do they compute their prices? Anyway i have nothing against it. What made me irate was when i arrived in the Hotel was when I need to pay the transfer fee right away. Sad to say i have no cash with me not even 100 pesos. I gave them my credit card and debit card to proceed with the payment. But it wont work because they only accept cash. at 2AM and given the security of the area where Pasay is not the safest place on earth would like me to look for an ATM machine to withdraw such amount? What might happen on me would be their liability? How stupid are those from the Front Office agents. They were the only female FOA i knew such stupidity. I stayed in the hotel they can charge it to my room, or they can lend some money to the driver and include this on my bill. Right? Stupid! I have no choice but to withdraw, the driver drove me in the nearest atm machine. When i get back to the Hotel i asked for an Official Receipt which they could not provide but only an acknowledgement receipt. So I told them, okay just let me know when you can provide and i will pay then. Then i went back to my room to get a sleep. I do not know how many minute/s but i was woke up with a phone call telling me that the driver and a conceirge staff is outside my room with the transfer bill that i need to pay. Just to make it alright i paid. SUCH A CRAZY POLICY. Aren't they know of the standard hotel policy by not disturbing your guests this time around? 3AM for Gods sake. These hotel employee and might be the management should go after training. They really need a training. I paid my restaurant charges almost 4,000.00 in a single night, but for the transfer fee of 1,100.00 they could not give you consideration for even 4 hours until morning? I have so many good comment and suggestions for the entire stay but this transfer issue only ruined my good thoughts. For those who might be checking in here, its a nice accessible place though. But don't get carried away by its name SUITE, it doesn't suit for the category. This is only good for short time hotel which they also have rooms, the same rooms for the short time. I will rather go back here for being a cheap hotel rate but cannot recommend to anyone.

good value for money
I'd say this is a mid-range hotel with a small (but clean) swimming pool on the top floor (nice views too). Our room was VERY clean, with aircon, hot water and a confortable bed. Wifi signal got there too. The location is convenient for airport, Mall of Asia and Metro system. Stuff is helpful. Breakfast buffet is not bad (rice, spaguetti, eggs, ham, chicken...).
