There was a nasty nude white American looking man on his balcony directly across and in front and one floor down from our balcony, we told security and security did not care to even investigate or call the police, we have a 10 years old daughter and we had to hurry and close our blinds. And communication with the owner of the apartment is absolutely ridiculous

The property location is not as bad as I thought. Easy to get a Grab to go places. Hard to get a parking space because the parking space allocated to the public is being used by the restaurant/eateries for the extension of their service. Informed the property manager of the bugs/ roaches inside the property. The place needs to be exterminated and sanitized.

The guards are friendly. The one you'll speak with via viber or text though is not as responsive as if you're to call them. They mentioned they'll give the check-in procedures a day before the booking but I still had to proactively ask because they're not responding. We received the check-in info on the day itself on the check-in time. I suggest providing the check-in procedure upon booking if you're too busy catering other guests. Overall the property is complete. It even has a washing machine and microwave. The towel rack is broken though. I hope they fix it soon. Would still book if we need a place to stay in Pasay.

Room was ok for location and quiet. I didn't like guards bothering me about using stairs. Staff was otherwise polite and helpful. Residents should be familiar with stairways for safety. Elevators were too slow. Balcony can't be used to dry clothes. Room should have a clothes dryer included.
