This boutique resort has equipped all rooms with all the necessities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a private bathroom, an LCD television with cable channels, free WiFi access, and complimentary breakfast. Room types range from single to double and to family, with the room sizes starting from 20 square meters to 32 square meters. The family room holds a maximum of 5 people.
The in-house restaurant Mini Cuisine prepares both creative and classic dishes that use freshly caught seafood, while the poolside bar offers a wide variety of thirst-quenching beverages. Room service is available for all rooms, and guests can use on-site services and conveniences such as currency exchange and ATMs, laundry, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, car parking, and a designated smoking area.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Simon’s Heritage Resort. Just a few things. I really hope that they have room service everyday like changing the bed sheets and towels, sweeping the floor, and cleaning the toilet, considering that we are on a beach, lots of sands. We used the same sheets and towels all throughout our stay 3 days and 2 nights and the pillows have no pillow cases. I would also suggest that they put a dresser or at least a mirror in the room, because room number 2 has none as well as trash can. Those were only available at the toilet. Overall still a great stay, breakfast is exceptional, and a very heartwarming staff and crew, feels like home. Those are only few pointers for improvement because I would love to come back and stay at the same place. Kudos Simon’s Heritage Resort. Keep it up and thank you.

The place was clean, relaxing and very quiet.. But the staff were not so accommodating 🙁. Also if we can improve on the power system much better. Overall we had a great time in Simon's heritage and i will recommend this place to all.

Accommodating. Some mishaps with communication but otherwise easy to overlook. Will book again if coming back to Puerto Galera.
