All rooms at Smart Beach House come with air-conditioning, a private bathroom, and cable television. The Standard Room comes with a queen bed and a single bed. The Quad Sharing Room has two double beds and a balcony, where guests can enjoy a scenic view of the water. Larger groups can book the Family Room, which comes with either two queen-size beds or two single beds or one single bed, one double decker bed, and a sofa bed. The latter features a private balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the guest rooms. Extra beds are available upon request.
