I forgot my powerbank and charger at the information desk.
- Family vacation
The food were price reasonable. We are at 5th floor & the elevator is not functioning so we had to walk by stairs. They don't even lend help for our baggages.
- Backpacking
I was told that I booked for a room with common toilet which is not so I asked to recheck. She asked again for my ID then I was told that I am booked for Oct 30 so again I'm shocked. Then she realized that she was looking at someone else booking.
- Medical Travel
The rooms were cozy, really appreciate the hot/cold shower (as we were mostly leaving early in the morning). But I was very disappointed with the front desk person duty last Sunday Sept. 16, as I requested for our rooms (4 rooms)to be made up. We left at 6am, only to find out by 10pm when we arrived, that our rooms were STILL a mess! Because she failed to endorse it to the housekeeping dept!! I was really disappointment because we were very tired and was on the edge of sleepiness already. That was my only issue from our 3 day stay. Otherwise, it’s an amazing stay. The drivers were very helpful especially Kuya with the Red Everest who fetched us at 1:30am at Okada hotel, and he was the one who brought me to the airport last Monday. Thank you very much and more power! Will definitely wanna come back for next year’s National Annual Convention!
- Backpacking
Staffs were not accommodating, they can't even give you a good suggestions if you have concerns on upgrading room, instead they will bring it to you a calculator and calculate so fast the remaining fees that you need to add on, it is bad! Would not recommend an overnight stay. If you're here for business, you can only use this for quick showers or quick rest. Wifi connection not working good too!
The dormitory type was mixed with men and women. I lost my blouse which I hand in the restroom in just one hour.
Value for money.. The receptionist were accommodating.
Though we only stayed for a night, the experience was forgettable. Yes, the hotel was indeed near prime spots like moa, the airport and such, but that alone is not enough. The wifi was quite slow, the room was small, and charging 100 pesos for extra pillows is very ridiculous, it's laughable! I don't think this two star hotel would ever improve and level up to 3 or even a 4 star hotel. You truly get what you've paid for. Should have opted for a better one regardless of the higher price.
The aircon is not cold. The place is dirty
- Backpacking
The hotel was in a very convenient location close to transport, shops, and fast food. It was easy to find with the orange themed building. Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a little outdated and the linens were quite old but everything was clean and well kept. You had all the essentials except for toothbrushes and shampoo. Wifi was available but was somewhat slow. Also free breakfast with coffee was served in the resto.
