The room have the most comfortable bed and pillows I had compared to other hotels I stayed. Selection of meals in their breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. The quality of care the staff endowed in their meal preparation is very evident. The overall facility is clean and operated by absolute professionals. I will certainly return and stay there.

Room has space, storage. The place is silent. Nice view. Nothing broken. Closed window, ventilation through bathroom, noisy but efficient.

The pictures looked great on the website. Nice shower. Decent room space. But when I got there, they placed us in a corner room that was a third smaller than any of the other rooms. And there was a smell of a DIRTY WET RAG that permeated the rooms and the whole floor. Housekeeping was hardly present the first few days. We had to tip the housekeeping extra to make sure they cleaned the rooms daily and replaced the towels. I expected more from this establishment. A difference of night and day from the previous place I stayed at down the street which was only walking distance from the mall. Convenience was an issue as well as you have to wait longer to get a cab. Front desk staff was nice. Bellmen were super helpful. And also there was an issue with the AC leaking in the middle of the night all over the floor. Maintenance was swift to check on it. But this was clearly something we never expected from a hotel. Needless to say we were greatly disappointed. Also there is no air conditioning in the elevators or on the hallways. So it always felt muggy. There’s a place down the street on Anapolis which is less than a block to GreenHills Mall. I think I’ll be staying there again from this point on.

Pros: The concierge staff were really great, I was recovering from a surgery and they were really helpful as I cannot lift things heavy. The staff in general were great. Cons: The room I booked was a double bed room and it had a little funky smell coming out of the bathroom. The Television kept losing signal had to call maintenance a lot to get it fixed. The surcharge on the extra pillows and bucket of ice I thought were ridiculous. Other than that it was a good stay.
