Water heater in the shower was not working Staff were friendly

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. Excellent staff. Great value. Free breakfast was excellent.

There wasnt really anything to like.The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was terrible. Holes in the walls very ugly,air con did nor work well,the girls at the front desk did not know their job and were not very professional. The breakfast that I paid for was not good.I travel a lot.Dont stay here.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades

The room was nice and huge bed. The staffs are friendly, shuttles are on time. It was a short stay but overall I had a great stay.

The rooms are big, spacious

Our room had a smell of a sweaty person Aircon leaked No towels, we had to call and request No way to turn on the 'do not disturb' light (Rm 1401)

They gonna said yes but they dont give what you need lack of towel bottle water etc

Spacious parking. Room large. Room clean. Staff helpful. Airconditioner in room not cold, and they promptly transferred us to a room with working ac. Not walkable

Dirty, nasty place. Ants and cockroaches everywhere. It's just a place for Korean sex tourists to take prostitutes.

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel. Here’s why: Upon arrival, there was no room immediately available, and we experienced a short wait while one was prepared. Although this was not a major concern, we encountered additional issues shortly thereafter. The elevators were not functioning properly, and a security guard escorted us to our room to verify occupancy, which felt unusual. Upon entering the room, I noticed a cockroach crawling under the bed, and we were disappointed by the overall lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, the hotel appeared to be hosting a concert event during the weekend. While it is unclear whether this is a regular occurrence or a special event, it would be considerate for the hotel to recognize that not all guests are seeking a lively atmosphere during their stay. Given these concerns, we chose not to remain at the property and requested a refund. Additionally, the front desk staff inadvertently retained my driver’s license, requiring me to return to the hotel to retrieve it.

The rooms are dirty, had to kill cockroaches and bugs.Insulation is terrible we can here people in the hallway.

Staff said we could check out at 3pm then said 1pm. Then said couldn't check out late back to twelve. Then said ok 3 pm was fine. Then came knocking on the door at 1230. Found ants in bed bi me several times and swimming pool was dirty so kids couldn't swim. I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect except for the checkout. The front desk was absentminded that she forgot or ignored our requested limousine service to the airport and made us waited at the lobby for freaking 45 minutes until I finally followed it up. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight!

Requested a refund due to change of plans and hotel declined. Other hotels gladly issue refunds.

3 stars for service because the Front Desk did not pass my expectation, wait staff and bell boys did very well. Flies are a plenty in the lobby and dining room. Our room was ready upon check in but not that clean had to ask for housekeeping to do a make up/cleaning the next day. Far away from Clark Airport, means of transportation is mainly grab, there is a hotel shuttle but driver is not available most of the time. Use Grab, cheaper to bring you places to eat. Food selection for breakfast are decent. The live band every friday and saturday are okay. Swimming pool looks decent. No towering neighbors, i enjoyed the view in my room. No privacy curtains needed due to no neighbors, i got to enjoy the greens and the city view from a distance. Very poor internet connection, lobby has a strong connection though however the front lobby is hot, no airconditioning use the inner lobby. For the value of the money, it is way cheap. For stay cation, i will come back but prepared with food/snacks so no need to go out.
