The accommodation is good yet I suggest they have air fresheners in a room and must lessen the presence of bed bugs. All in all the other services were good

The hotel is budget friendly and recommended for travellers. The staff were accommodating and helpful. However, we noticed that the comfort room’s smell is not good (maybe due to molds in the toilet bowl and the rusty/old water pipes). This can be improved though. Overall, we had a great stay.

When I checked in at the hotel they are all friendly but there are a lot of cockroaches in the room so I asked to another room and still there are cockroaches. I am disappointed ☹️

Made me change rooms 3 times. The first room wasn't cleaned yet when I arrived. The second room was a double room. It was very inconvenient. I do not recommend this hotel. There were bedbugs and I wasn't able to sleep well. I also asked for free shuttle but front desk failed to arrange.

The hotel is not so clean, it's just a little room or a bed cover that has been washed properly, with cockroaches and birds I find in my room. The room is small, but the air-con is loud. The shower was so muddy that I used the bath. All in all I'm happy to stay, hnd comfortable as to the price I paid.

Dirty bathroom, don't care for the needs of customer, I just want to borrow phone charger because I forgot my own charger but they said they don't have charger (All of their staff used phone so it is impossible they don't have charger) or if they really don't have might as well help me find where to buy charger.

Room was a little bit dirty. There’s water on the floor that might cause accident. Complimentary water was opened. And lastly no or only few water was coming out from the faucet, we cant even use the shower.

Positive: The staffs are very accommodating, alert and friendly. Negative: We were disappointed because we expected that when we arrive we will be given a room immediately and rest but then they forget that they have a paid room reservation and we have to wait for them to clean another room well in fact we arrived late. The CR is odorous, it really smells bad, the bowl is not functioning well and the water volume is small in short the CR is not conducive to use.

The room is so small. food is only Filipino style, no picking up at the airport, but for the back packer is good and there is no laundry there. going to the central town of tuguegarao just walking distance. the room boy is good to facilitate buy food outside.
