Walking distance to many Embassies, Greenbelt shopping Mall and restaurants with a convenience store with door connecting to the hotel. Great place to stay if you travel out of the country or out of town as it is near to airport.

The Charter House is a modern business hotel located a few minutes’ away from the popular Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, as well as the Makati Central Business District. It is a popular, affordable option for guests who wish to be within reach of the financial district’s places of interest.
The property offers 95 Superior and Premier Rooms, seven Family Rooms and six VIP Suites that are furnished with comfortable beds, fridge and minibar, air-conditioning, wardrobe, desk, a cable TV and seating area. Each room also has an en suite bathroom equipped with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a shower.
The friendly staff at The Charter House operate a 24-hour front desk and can assist with their guests’ needs, including laundry, fax/photocopying, and massage services. Guests who are running out of cash can withdraw money from the on-site ATM. Free WiFI is available all throughout the property.
Guests have the option to explore Makati’s hotspots, which are just nearby. Should they opt to stay in, they can check out the property’s outdoor swimming pool or catch some sun at the outdoor lounge. Aside from good coffee, the Capiz Coffee Shop at the property serves a variety of local and international food.

I had a night at The Charter House on the 8th of November. I arrived at 9 pm, very very tired but the welcome from security at the door, reception and the valet was amazing, no pressure at all. And provided a room service straight away. I shall be going back there in a months time without any hesitation.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating
- Guards were very respectful
- Food in the resto were above average
- Water in the shower comparable to a child pee...low pressure
- Water heater was uncontrollable...hot at the beginning but after awhile it became frigid

its okay. the room is clean and the staff are accomodating. the breakfast doesnt taste very decent. their tapa was too dry. and it was not indicated that they ask for 1thou peso for safety deposit. it was returned the next day so its okay. so you just need to maybe indicate it on the policies so we can prepare extra cash

Location is good and near Greenbelt. You can roam around even at night. Room is well-kept and comfy enough. I booked this hotel bec of the rooftop pool but it looks like it’s not a perk you’re going to enjoy here. But the rooftop itself is nice minus the view.

Rooms were beyond what we expected. The room is very comfortable for staycation and we really had a goodnight sleep. Plus points for the great location as Greenbelt Mall is just across the street!
