No Water in the bathroom
Sadly,, the room was ok, but no water in the bathroom made it impossible to stay,,we had to leave and go to another hotel which is totally unacceptable,,, period! do not stay here,, I believe they knew of the problem,, they did offer to get maintenance for the next morning,,, how wrong can it get?

Perfect except for the noise
The hotel location is perfect for those who wants to roam and walk around the city, it's a walking distance from Burnham Park, and few restaurants around the hotel. Room is good, clean, bed is comfortable, hot shower is good, and they served a set breakfast for free, it's average. It was raining and weekend when we went there so most of the rooms are full that we only have this hotel, it was almost perfect except for the noise, the edge of the street going up, there were some bars and live band singing until 12 am, and you can hear them singing inside the room.. We stayed on the second floor, left side, I forgot the room number but don't choose that room because the sound is loud from the live band. I don't know if it can be heard from the other room.

Heritage Hotel- Budget Friendly Hotel!
Heritage Mansion is very near in Burnham Park, Baguio orchidarium, and other famous parks that can be found in the city. It is also near the wet and dry market, restaurants. Taxi in this hotel is not a problem, you can find outside so easily. The staffs are good and accommodating. We got a free breakfast that comes with our accommodation, you can choose to eat in your room or in their dining area. The hotel has some unique display such as vaults, fire place, paintings mostly from Japanese painters and other asian artist. The rooms are so clean, There are no free hot water inside but you can ask for it (its free). They got free WIFI. All in all, this hotel is worth your budget

Baguio's elegant boutique-style hotel
Conveniently situated along Kisad road just across Burham Park. Despite being on a busy highway, it's still pleasantly silent inside the hotel, we didn't hear any noise from outside during our stay. The wooden high ceiling down to the wooden floor makes the place so elegant and relaxing. Wifi is fast and easy to connect, staff is friendly and accommodating. The buffet offers excellent Illocano delicacies such as "pinapaitan" and "Kinilaw/Kilawin", definitely worth the price. Their ribs and lechon is also good. Highly recommended for family trips, would definitely check in here again.

Stay AWAY from this hotel
28th of Dec we arrived at the hotel around 9am after a long drive from Cavite. We are just trying our luck to check in though we are aware that almost all hotels during these days are fully booked. The male receptionist told us that our room will be available after 1pm. So we just went out and told them we will be checking in late which is around 9PM since we will be attending a wedding somewhere else. To make it short, We arrived again around 9pm and this time, a female receptionist checked us in and gave the keys to our room which is in 3rd floor. Reminder : NO stairs! We brought trolley luggage and we have to carry it, NO ONE from their staff will help you. The room is old. Its just an ordinary room to stay in. After a very long day and with no proper sleep, we wanted to take a shower and to our surprise, the heater is faulty! We immediately called the reception and seek repair or solution, and yes, its almost 10pm that time. The same woman came and checked. She told us, the heater is new and was installed the day before we came and she was surprised it was faulty. She told us the maintenance team will be available the next day and PLAINLY told us to us the shower on the GROUND FLOOR! 1) we checked in late. They could have checked the rooms properly if all equipments are working before handing the keys to us. If they check everything, they will find out that the heater is faulty and could have repaired it by 3pm-5pm (maintenance dept time) or BUY a portable one if their installed one is really useless. 2) the woman on the reception has no empathy to the guests. She want us to go down from level 3 to use the bathroom in level 1 ! Then whats the point of us booking a private room? We could have booked in a hostel or transient house! We told the same lady that night that we will be expecting a repair team early in the morning so we can shower the next day. Its 8am when the nice guy (same receptionist who checked us in) knocked on our door and told us that one room in 2nd floor is vacated earlier and he is offering us to use the toilet. We told him how the lady treated us and the way she handle the situation. She dont take these things seriously. Since the lady didnt endorse our concern properly and there is no repairman to check the heater, we just decided to brush things off and book another hotel for the night. We immediately booked another hotel and packed our things. The receptionist was surprised as we This is he worst hotel/inn i have ever been to. Stay away. Not worth the price!
