Staff not as respectful as other hotel
It was great but flooring must be repair to avoid tripping
Although the entire place was clean, my experience was not a delightful one. Don't expect a welcome drink upon arrival. They don't offer such. I know this is not a hotel per se, but I've been to other managed residences who made me feel like I'm in a hotel. I had to buy my bottled water. Also, you can't make your coffee because there's no kettle to use. When evening came, I noticed the lighting at the living area is way too dim, even when I had to turn the lights on in the dining area. When it's time to take a shower, the water heater is not working despite having changed the settings to the highest. But the frustration didn't end there.
The apartment has poor lightings and air conditioning was not cool enough. Bed linens and towels look soiled. The units has to be maintained well.
A well furnished lobby for pretenses. Room looks straight from the horror movies where the main characters stay in a dingy motel.
Great price, great location, great service, I had a pleasant stay here, thank you.
Strategic location, great for business trip and it's near shopping places. The room is also clean and comfortable.
Helpful staffs, huge and clean room, great location and nice service from the staffs.
Nice location, near restaurants and bars, great service. I stayed here for a night with my family and we were all satisfied. Thank you!
Very strategic location, near many restaurants so I don't have to worry if I'm hungry at night. I have been a customer regular here everytime I have a business trip to Makati.

Fuss free and clean
We just needed a quick stop and this residence was just sufficient and cheap! It had all the amenities needed and was very accessible to many shops around BGC. They had free breakfast for us, not much options but it was okay. Very basic and simple with a great price 👍🏼

It's okay, but...
If you need a place to stay in BGC and don't want to pay the price of Shagri-La, this is a good option. However, if you are prepared to stay outside BGC, I believe you will find better value for money elsewhere. There is nothing wrong the Loft Residences - but at least the unit in which I stayed was far from a loft residence. It was a very boring rabbit hutch on the 8th floor of a high rise. All that is needed was there, but everything was very basic. I couldn't figure out how to get the hot water in the shower work - there was some kind of a water heater, but either it just doesn't heat the water or I didn't know how to use it. The breakfast choices at the Tokyo Bubble Tea downstairs were very limited. Glad I wasn't that hungry.

Clean and decent condotel
Stayed here for one night. The building is actually called The Fort Residences, so make sure you tell your taxi driver that otherwise you will never find this place. The building is clean and nice. It is located at Fort Bonifacio Global City, an upscale neighborhood. There are many expats in this neighborhood. I rented a one bedroom; I was placed in a two bedroom, two level apartment. The bedroom in the second floor was locked. It is possible to be placed in an apartment in which you will be sharing the common areas with other people, which would've have been a big surprise and something I wouldn't have liked. Thankfully, nobody was in the room on the second floor. This should be made clear to guests upon booking rooms. There are a couple of 24 hour delis/mom and pop stores just outside the building. There is also free breakfast at the cafe next door for guests. The room need more outlets. I had to charge my phone in the living room.

March 2016 Manila Trip
This is the second time I've stayed in this serviced condo/apartment. We are a party of 10 so we booked 3 rooms. There is two bedrooms in each apartment and they are more than adequate. We have no problem with this accomodation. It was close to everything. The Fort is nice place to stay in Manila. Its more organized and less traffic within the Fort area. The apartment is close to Burgos Circle where all the restaurants and bars are located. So there is no shortage of things to do. A short taxi ride to SM Aura and Market Market. If you are into the nightclub scene The Loft Residences is close to Manila's popular Valkyrie nightclub. I highly recommend the Loft Residences, its convinient, close to everything and you avoid the very bad traffic of Manila.

Can't recommend and won't be back
I would only consider this if you have a tight budget, but there are too many things that are wrong and that's why I won't be back: # It starts with finding this place, which is almost impossible, as the residence building is actually not called Loft Residences but Fort Residences. I only found the place after my cab driver decided to ask inside at the reception. # There are two very noisy aircons which I had to turn off to be able to sleep. # The building and apartment is overall build very cheaply. The hot water tab is coming out of the wall in the bathroom, when you open the bathroom shower door you hit the toilet paper holder; no place to put your toiletries except on top of the toilet; no hair dryer provided; nobody even bothered buying an adapter for the bedside lamp as the plug does not fit, so you can't use it (really!?). # There's no telephone in the apartment so you can't even call the reception to ask for anything. # The breakfast which is provided is actually being bought at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf company, which would not be that bad, however it gets to your room luke warm and soggy. # The mattress is really hard and the bed is not comfortable at all + Wifi worked and staff is friendly
