Accommodating staff. Very nice place and the fact that they actually use their fire place during cold nights gives the entire place a homey feel.

Water Outage
The place is ok if your going just to sleep. But the most inconvenient experience was there was no water at our room every morning! We stayed during the long weekend and it sucks as we were waiting to take turns to bath in minimal to zero water. I hope they will improve their water system as this is the one important necessity in a bed and breakfast.

Heart and Art
I didn't stay here (although if I was to return to Baguio I would stay in a heartbeat) but our group did stop in to see what had become of the building that some in our group had lived in and gone to school 40+ years ago. What we found was a building that has been refurbished into a beautiful, warm and welcoming bed and breakfast. Though there were 20 of us in our group, owners Nick and Denette (spelling? ) invited us in to see through all the rooms and then served us coffee and pandesal as they shared their vision for the place as well as heard stories of what this building used to be - something they have been trying to find out. Rooms are simple, clean and beautiful. Art and inspirational quotes are written and painted on the walls. The whole building had such a warm and welcoming feel - thanks to the owners who we were so grateful to for their time with us - so even though we didn't stay there, as I said, I would in a heartbeat.

home away from home
This place stands to it's name, it's an old house made of wood turned into a bed and breakfast accommodation. Rooms are quite small but you'll love it's cozy atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to stay in Baguio and want to experience a rustic environment, this is the place for you. The staffs are very friendly and warm people. I want to commend Ms.Jane, Moises and Ms.Kristine for making our stay a memorable one. Thumbs up to you guys!

They Exceed your expectations!!
travelling alone? with friends? or family?? Old Orangewood bed&breakfast is sure happy to accommodate you! Anyone is welcome to stay. They have their famous "fireplace" a perfect area to hang out or relax. They also have a coffee bar named Hot Cat Coffee they offer specialty coffee. Kids?no worries, the kids wont get bored because they have a kids playroom area. The establishment is an old house but despite that it is so cozy and homy, a perfect place to relax. But whats really great about Old Orangewood is their staff, they will go extra mile to give you exellent service!!!

Nice But Average Accommodation
Old Orangewood is a nice, cozy place. However, the location is quite far from the city center & it's not easy to get a cab or jeep. I would not recommend it if you're not bringing a car. Also, while the place was generally clean & looked well-maintained, our room was not quite. There were dusts on the shelves, and the bathroom needs some renovation - retiling & repainting, perhaps? Our room's curtain was also thin/transparent so privacy was a concern. There's a sign that implies that noise is not allowed by 10pm but I could hear the staff chatting until 11pm. We were booked at the ground floor, near the dining area, so we could also hear the sound of the cutleries, etc. as early as 5 am. Maybe it's quieter on the second floor? Also, since it's in a residential neighborhood, we could hear dogs barking late at night. Wi-fi was not working well when we were there. Receptionist said there seemed to be a problem at that time with the service provider. The free breakfast was good and the staff were nice & courteous.
