Close to the main road which makes it accessible. The property seems quite old but very well maintained. Had an issue about the sink not draining fast enough, but no biggie. I am pleased with the spacious room assigned to me. The staff is warm. I appreciate their sincere greetings and smiles when entering or leaving the hotel. They were also happy to answer my questions about the area as it was my first time in Kalibo. Thank you!

Traveling by bus is a more economical option, especially for those coming from Luzon. From Metro Manila, you can take a bus bound for Kalibo. The journey is long, typically spanning 10 to 12 hours, and involves a ferry crossing from Batangas to Caticlan or Roxas. Major bus companies like Ceres Liner operate these routes. Bus tickets usually cost between PHP 800 and PHP 1,200 for a one-way trip. These buses often depart from terminals in Cubao or Pasay.

For those who prefer to drive, reaching Kalibo from Manila involves a road trip that combines driving and ferry travel. You would drive south to Batangas Port, take a ferry to Caticlan (near Boracay) or Roxas City, and then continue driving to Kalibo. The total driving time, excluding the ferry, can be around 10-12 hours. Toll fees along the expressways in Luzon will add to the overall cost.

This option offers the most flexibility for exploring places along the way but requires careful planning regarding ferry schedules and road conditions. Regardless of your chosen mode of transport, remember to book your flights or bus tickets in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability and better prices.

Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located within Kalibo with sufficient transportation options to get around the city. The Cafe Latte is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and caters to foreigners. The hotel is old and requires significant upgrades throughout the facility. The staff are friendly and eager to please.

Simple but clean, and very friendly service. Our flight was late coming into Kalibo, but the late-check in was no problem.

All the staff were very nice and we were able to check into the room an hour early. There are no elevators so be prepared to climb some stairs. The room was a decent size and the shower had hot water. Good storage space (wardrobe and shelves). Buffet breakfast was OK, they offered different options every morning. Instant coffee provided at breakfast. Drinking water available. Wifi was good. Location is OK, there are a handful of restaurants nearby. It's set back from the main road so traffic noise is not terrible and it is easy to find a tricycle into town (20 pesos per person).

It was an overnight stay and we had a restful night. Breakfast was pre-plated, covered with cling film and still warm. The coffee was nice, powdered coffee creamer, sugar and drinking water were also provided. Shower was refreshing. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was sewage smell coming from the water trap, running the extractor fan in the bathroom throughout our stay did help control the odour. We occupied 4 rooms, only 1 of the rooms had this issue, so could be an isolated one. The rooms will need redecorating to become more appealing. Owner and staff all helpful and friendly. Location is ok. Parking at the back can accommodate 3 vehicles. I am not sure if guests can park in front of the property or if they have additional parking off-site.

Travel with friend. Room is small but okay with the price. Front desk was helpful with giving us information on important places to see and town activities. Close to the airport.

Lovely hotel, awesome view right onnthe beach. It was under renovations so there was always the sound of construction going on. Also my hot water in my room's shower was broken. Despite several requests it was not fixed during my short stay of 3 days.
