The Staycation - Boutique rooms

I was very disappointed with the room of Citadel Inn. I booked a different room. Yes, they inform me through text message that there was a problem with my room in boutique rooms by citadel inn and gave me an option to go through or refund my money but since they texted me on the exact day of my booking so I had no choice but to choose the room that they will give me. When I got inside the room of Citadel inn, it was so very ugly and old, I understand that it's an old building but the room I booked in the website is really different. So I complained also through text message that the room is ugly, and I didn't like it. The good thing is they offered me another night so I said, I want the following day which is Jan 13 to 14. I felt special because they offered another room reservation. But another disappointing moment is they just texted me about the room they prepared for me was the only time I checked out in the hotel. So basically, they just waited me to check out and go out in that hotel and I wasn't able to use the second night. If they are really willing to give me that another room and night, they should inform me ahead of time not the time that I checked out in the hotel. All in all 0-10 for this.

Room was nice and comfy. It was so cozy to stay in. The parking was in Oxford Suites (50 m away) and it has a flat rate of 200 for an overnight stay. Would stay there again since it’s close to a lot of establishments in Poblacion.

Such a nice hotel, is really close to everywhere, just go across the street you will find lots of restaurant in the street, and the guy who guide me in the hotel was so nice, everything is perfect, absolutely recommended 👍🏻👌🏻.

the room is old and dim. typical condo studio size with big master bed at it occupies the half of the room. most of the furniture are under renovation or for fix. like the door knob. the terrace/balcony. the heater is not working. the wifi is slow. the tv is hard to operate. . only one hunger byt lits of attached wall cabinet. has kitchen but no kitchen ware.has 2 elevator in the bldg but 8 persons can accommodate. and it took time to ride an elevator.

Dirty room especially Toilet , old room and bad services. Not recommended.

The host was so accommodating. Rooms were clean. Utensils and plates were provided. Ref working perfectly. 2 aircons for the whole unit. TV had cable. Easy check in. Near a lot of establishments and restos. Area is safe even at night and is commutable. Will definitely come back!

Yeah..i like the room..not the best room I've ever tried, but..hey I had a wonderful sleep and pleasant stay. They have wifi, microwave, water heater (i think the water is hot, but my wife said not really, haha) and refrigerator (i never use it). Robert is the man who will provide you anything there, don't hesitate to contact him. He is nice, kind, and very responsive too. This room definitely best value for money

I am very satisfied for the management, hospitality and very clean room. Place close to shop and food centre.

We stayed 2 nights in a condotel room studio type at 10th floor. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us for an early check in. The room has a dining table with dining utensils, refrigerator, microwave & kettle. The room was decent but it needs repair or renovation but overall it was a nice stay. It's just right for its price.

My stay at the Boutique Rooms in Condo Hotel made my birthday special. It didn't go well as planned but the host saved the day. I was supposed to stay at the 10th floor but eventually stayed at the 6th floor because the aircon is being fixed. I was glad that Robert, offered me to stay at the 6th floor. A room which is beyond my expectation. It has a garden outside that leads you to the swimming pool. The interior is really nice, my favorite was the bathroom. It has a huge shower and an instant water massager. A couple of things need to be address though like the elevator (need to take the stairs every time), the bedside table, aircon, etc. All in all, for 1.9k+ this is a good pick. This room would even go from 6k to 9k per night in other hotels. Thank You Robert!

Have a good view. Near by the city and transportation, love that place so much

Very accommodating owner, nice and friendly. The room is well organized and all the things you need are ready available.

The owner is very accommodating. He even let us to check out late. We will recommend this place for couples who wants to room around the city. We will definitely go back here.

The place is clean and comfortable.

At first I was designated on 10 floor, I don't know what kind of room is it, but i got changed into 6 floor which has a swimming pool just outside the balcony(But didn't use it) overall is good only need twerking a bit in the room by the coordinator (?) what is good = wifi, utensil, fridge, microwave and balcony what need to notice = some small bugs in toilets, water heater is not hot enough suggestions = add soap and/or shampoo, not just hand soap overall is good for the price
