The location is strategically located at all tourist spots and transport terminals. Lakawon Island, Mambukal Resort, Campuestuhan Resort, Calea and The Ruins can be done via commute. Please ask direction to Hotel Receptionist and you'll never be lost. The room has good airconditioned and the bed is really comfortable. The toilet is very clean and they have heater. Basic toiletries have been provided. The TV has cable. The buffet breakfast is absolutely good. πThe people on this hotel is very hospitable and welcoming. Please take care of your employees as they are the reason why guests are keep on coming back and choosing The Suites at Calle Nueva. The area has 24/7 security which ensure the safety of your guests. The location is 5-minute walks towards SM City Bacolod and 2-minute walks in Chicken Bacolod Manukang Bayan. 3-minute walks to Original Bong Bong Pasalubong. The hotel offers shuttle from hotel-airport for affordable price. Every day, the housing cleaning ensures cleanliness of the room after a very tiring day. Overall, I was really satisfied on the service and definitely I gave 10-star. Keep up the good work!!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staffs were very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, they have everything, from bread to cereals to pancakes to rice. Very clean. And they even have a shuttle to Silay airport that costs around 100 pesos each person.

Too pricey for a so called low cost hotel. The water supply in the bathroom is weak. The complimentary breakfast are so-so. The staff are approachable though.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures as posted. The room has an extension cord for your various charging needs. The room also has a hair dryer, which is a plus for ladies like me. I also like that it is near places of interest. I also like the breakfast (with brewed coffee) included in the package.

The room was good, clean and good smelling. Been here three times already and they are still my preferred accommodation when I'm in bacolod and highly recommended. Staff are very friendly plus the free plated. Breakfast is icing on top.

We stayed for two nights. We had a good experience, location wise and the breakfast is good though limited choices. The staff are friendly and kind. We appreciated so much that they prepared the breakfast earlier than 6am since we need to leave the hotel by 6am.
