Lack management but will do if you're on a tight budget
I think i already narrate everything in my previous message please see my very long previous messages, but if not here's the outline: Room-cr not cleaned up, 2 pillowcases soiled and not changed Way going there-pavement not cemented so t'was muddy coz t'was raining night before, no additional signage with arrow to guide guest, no lights so dark in inner part going there Miscommunicatio-staff wants to collect money and we keep saying we already paid online through credit card Staff-in fairness they're trying to accomodate our needs The owner? He or she needs to have a direct touch with his/her hotel to know what's going on

Typical Resort in the PHL but great customer service from the staff...
For all my trips, I make sure not to expect too much if the price is fairly cheap. My family went to Tierra de Oro Resort Hotel this Lenten Season. Here are my comments: Good points: 1. Despite the old room and equally old swimming pool, these served well for their purpose. Room was spacious, clean and with a working AC. No Wifi, but has cable TV. 2. Having a disabled parent, the family room was easily accessible from the carpark and had wheelchair access. 3. Food was relatively cheap. 4. Attending staff Mutya was so accommodating and friendly. Be sure to contact her and have her attend to your needs. So despite the cheap price of php3000 or usd67 per night, the place served the need. Points for improvement: 1. Said it already, place is old...need to repair some broken pillars and repaint the place...as in renovate everything... 2. Have more signages near the town as the place is so hard to find...Google maps got the address wrong! We were directed to Alaminos, 5km away! Great place for a quick family getaway, but don't expect a world class hotel when you get here, go to the ones that charge more.

Grand resort, cool
