cute and clean
Near big mall, easy along jeepney route from and to airport, cute little hotel, breakfast choice could be bigger portions. But overall a nice hotel for this cute little town. Clean, and staff are trying hard - that's all good.

Disgusting bathroom!
Never in my life have I gone to a place to stay and seen such a disaster in the bathroom. The sink had old dirt, the kind you have to scrub off. The shower had a ball of hair on the wall! The soap holder had hair from someone who shaved previously. When I called the front desk she said "I will go see". She didn't seem very pleased with it and went ahead and swept the shower. SWEPT. We showered with flip flops on. The cracks in the shower were really dirty and even the showel hoes (where the water comes out) had some kind of mold. The room's floor was dirty as well. The bed had a pubic hair. Where the TV cable was connected, apparently was previously tapped and it was haging out of the wall. I stayed there only because a friend payed for me and I disn't want to be rude. But these people need to step it up. I feel so sorry for my friend who payed for this crapy hotel.

Good location & accommodating staff :)
We booked this hotel for 1 night through Travel Book prior to our trip to Cotabato. We were given a twin room but it is located at the 3rd floor and they don't have elevator so we asked if he can give us one at the lower floor. Available room that time was a family room and I asked for a free upgrade. After asking his superior, they have agreed and I told the guy "THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU ALREADY!" Even their Security Guard helped us with our luggage and when we need help calling a taxi. Everything was okay at our room, there was 1 queen size bed for my friend Gigi and another single for me. Room is clean, linens are clean and thick (I felt I was in cold Sweden when I tucked-in). They have kettle and 2 big mugs but no coffee or tea available and no drinking water but you may ask from their restaurant downstairs. On the night that we were eating fruits, we arranged from the restaurant that we have to leave early morning and ask if the breakfast is ready by 6AM. She said yes, however, when we go down past 6AM, the buffet was not yet ready and she asked us to order ala carte instead. Mid our breakfast, my friend asked if we can avail some of the foods they are preparing for buffet (sausages and eggs are ready) but the lady said no, because we have already ordered ala carte. And for us who are both hotelliers, that answer is unacceptable!!!! Except for that single instance, our stay was over-all good.

A little under whelmed for this hotel
Truly a budget hotel, with a great price but do not expect a lot . Single room is very small and if your uneasy in a small place , may not be right for you. Shower in next to toilet with no separation and no shower curtain. Every thing drains on the drain in the bathroom floor. Amenities you need to bring with you. Hot water maker in the room but no tea or coffee My refrigerator leaking on the floor. Plus drain in the bathroom from the shower was clogged ' Very little room for your luggage in the room. But the hotel is clean and my room is clean . Hotel sits off the Main Street side . Restaurant foods from what I have had has been good. 7 Eleven right next door so that is convenient . Breakfast Free? Hold on .. Your allowed one item from the menu , a beverage of juice - not fresh , a coffee , and you get a banana . Anything else you pay for such as sides you might want to complete for your breakfast . But your breakfast, is made to order and you have a choice . Dinner you order one entree , but if you want rice or a salad you pay a small side charge, almost like all carte items to the main thing you order , meat, fish or chicken. Still very reasonable though Great low cost room, very small room , and no elevator , so you will climb stairs . No pool or out door area except to relax and for the patio seating on the front side of the restaurant. Security have a guard at the front door for the hotel . That's it , Booked it because as it was a trip advisor award winner for last year for 2015 , just an update before you book and come in' so that your aware of what to expect .
