Pleasant stay though construction for their expansion is ongoing. The manager and her assistant are easy to deal with and accommodating. Room basics are there except for towel that costs P20 rental; ensuite has a hot shower; air conditioner is not needed since it's Sagada anyway; wifi available at the 1st floor; and the lack of tv inside the room doesn't really matter since you're there for the outdoor activities. Rooms though aren't sound proof- I can hear the tv whenever someone is watching outside, as well as the noise from my neighboring rooms. Location is approximately 700m away from the tourist center. You'll pass by several shops, and famous restos such as Yoghurt House (winner) and Salt and Pepper (fail) before reaching the lodge. Walk down further and you'll find Sagada Brew (didn't try it), Lemon Pie House (winner), and at night-a Wine Refilling Station/Kiosk of a local wine maker that sells a nice-tasting Blueberry Wine, among others.

The customer service was superb. They really show that they were glad to have us. The room was cozy and the heater was really working. Surely it is a nice cozy place to stay.

We've booked a room 3 months before our trip to Sagada. My girlfriend is really sensitive when it comes to bathroom. We are willing to pay just having a private bathroom when we saw this cheap and said the description and reviews and research has private bathrooms per room we booked it right away, we even requested that on our high floor because the noise reviews say It is on the 1st floor and they approved our request. We arrived 4 pm to Sagada and to our surprise the room we gave was given to others, they said that it was overlooked. So okay, they were looking for another place for us to stay case fully booked daw so we are asked to stay in room on 1st floor personally used yata nila because family they have owner and the worst part is common comfort room he is. They say for the day just then we are moving to our appropriate room the next day. And yes, very noisy on the 1st floor. We are really disappointed because you do not get what you expect. We're not expecting so much for PHP 800+ room, all we need is a place to sleep and a private bathroom which they have not provided. Prior to arrival we texted them if there were towels in the rooms so we knew what we were going to take, they reply immediately "Yes there is," so when we asked for a towel because there was no towel in the room, there was only there are two blankets two pillows one bed says they charge a 20 towel, so okay, but that was kind of misleading when they answered the query. We are transferred the next day to the second floor, maybe if they understand our high floor request. I have a private bathroom that cools down the mood of my girlfriend. He was really noisy because of the road. I should say well they would lodge if they organized. I just hope they will improve their monitor on air books in advance so that they will not overlook and stress those wasting guests from long distances. And they do not misleading their answers to queries.
