Good enough as I stay here just because I lost my apartment key and need a place to stay. The suite here is very good, though there're some stain in the towel.
Television had no signal and there was no telephone. I went down to report it personally, the receptionist told me there was no available personnel to check or fix the problem. That was a bit disappointing.
I'm not comfortable.nits not easy to locate.

I stayed at that “condo” for 8 days in November. The building is located in Makati and close to the business district, during Sunday’s a little bit dead. My apartment (unit) was located on the 37th floor. It is quite confortable with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The problem is no pans or cooking tools are provided. Better to buy precooked meals. The bedroom and bathroom are ok. Wifi is ok, but they allowed you only 2 devices. The speed is quite ok. They clean the room everyday, but at different times so you can’t plan to sleep late, you never know when they will knock at the door. Close to the hotel there is a McDonald’s, two 7/11 supermarkets and all open 24/7. At walking distance (15/20minutes) you can find the mall Greenbelt where there are many shops and restaurants.

Business hotel
Real classy place to be. Very comfortable and staff is very helpful. No real gripes about this place. There is plenty of places to go in waking distance. If you need to venture out they have grab which is similar to Uber .

Very well situated in the center of Makati
It was a bit difficult to find the correct front desk, but staff efficient and helpful. not very big but adequate for a couple of days stay. Very well situated in the center of Makati. Good for the business traveler having meetings in Makati. Close to convent stores and restaurants. nice view of the Makati skyline.

Good location, small bathroom, dirty
Unable to find the front desk of the hotel / residence when i first entered the building through the main entrance, they really have to put up some signage or direction to guide people to the front desk. Check in is quick and the front desk recommended to pay the deposit using cash only. It cost me around 3k PHP for 4 nights day, which is still acceptable. The front desk lady guide me to the lift and up into the room personally. Which is much appreciated. However, the room is still using normal key, not smart card or mobile to unlock/lock the door, which is quite inconvenient, as sometimes your hands can be full from carrying food/stuff and you have to fumble for the key and insert the key and turn it. Inside the room, the is a standard 2 door fridge in the kitchen, 2 bottles of complimentary water is given, there is mysterious room beside the kitchen where they put the washing machine (which I did not try), and a second bathroom. But it is very dirty inside (the floor is completely black filled with dust) and i also can see they put the spare mattress inside. The bathroom is really small, and they still fit a bathtub into the bathroom. I could do without the bathtub, just give me a shower cubicle. The drainage of water is very slow when I shower, feels like something is blocked, so there is a pool of water in the bathtub everytime after a shower. Th water pressure is just nice for a warm bath if you dont mind your feet being dipped in water knee deep. The housekeeping service could be better. For 2 days they did not clean the trash which I put in the trash bin in the kitchen. I left a used spoon in the kitchen basin, which nobody bothered to clean it through out my stay. WIFI Internet is only given for 2 devices, the connection speed is good enough for video calls back home. It is the same username/password, so you may need to try a few times to get login successfully. Just beside the hotel you can find convenience store like 7-11 and Family-Mart. It is very close to the offices along Ayala Avenue. McDonalds fastfood is nearby too.

convenient location, service is poor, underused, not well maintained and not really clean
check-in desk is squeezed in to a corner, only two staff who cannot handle all the service requests, luggage tags missing; gym is spacious but not enough equipment to handle guests from a 50 stories apartment building; they serve some yukkeee breakfast to the room, i.e. there is no restaurant (but McDo nearby....); rooms are spacious and well equipped, but bathroom not clean, shower curtain moldy. would I stay again: NO, better move over to One Pacific Place (5 mins away), which has older rooms, but better service and is cheaper
