My family and I arrived late, about 11:00 pm after arriving late from the U.S.A. to visit our relatives here. We found only kids at our check-in running this property. The check-in went smooth, but everything else was downhill from there. We were shown our room, which was outdated, but seemed initially ok. We were very tired from our trip and really just wanted to take a shower, and go to bed. That's when all the problems started! There was only 1 small towel for the shower an there was 4 of us in the room! I went down to the front desk and requested more, however after the kids running the place looked all over, they told us that they didn't have anymore and we would have to wait until the next morning to get more! If that wasn't bad enough, when we went to the toilet, we realized that there was no toilet paper there. I went back downstairs, and asked for some and after some boy who worked there looked all around, he couldn't find any! I saw a roll on the front desk counter, and took that even though there was only a little left. Unbelievable. Also the bathroom light switch was pushed into the wall of the bathroom making it extremely hard to turn on and off. We just decided to go to bed and leave this place the next morning. After laying down for about 15 minutes, the boy who was looking for the tp, knocked on the door to give us a new roll he found. Any way, to wrap this up, we never were able to take a shower and the next morning, we just checked out and went to stay with family. There still were no adults there the next morning either, but since we were supposed to stay there for a few days, the boy checking us out called I guess the owner, who then insructed him to ask us the reason we were not staying. We told him, who told the person on the phone, and she said okay. It's funny, because as we left, we saw a Trip Advisor excellence sticker on the door!!

Expensive (Not Recommended)
We stayed here for just 1 day. The ambience of Hotel is ok. Room space is just an average and is not that big either, Room has, private bathroom with Hotshower, Aircon,Hotel has a small swimming pool for FREE but water is kinda a dirty for 100$ to 175$/night or 2,000 to 4,000 pesos is unbelievable expensive. They have like 1,875 pesos room was small.Im sorry but This is NOT recommended for Traveller or Backpackers. This hotel is sitting close to all Residence houses. At night time is dark in the street of this Hotel, well just be careful. The Rooms almost empty the caretaker said it never been pull maybe when they have Fiesta Festival on November 22 and 23 but nobody like to stay here unless you have no place to stay!Even Filipino they are very seldom to checkh here. Unless you rich Filipino and afford to stay here.

An ideal place for a quick trip in Angono
My friends and I stayed for one night at Villa Jhoana Resort, and were booked at the Presidential Suite. Our spacious room looked classy and contemporary, which were great combinations in a suite. We were 4 girls, and 1 guy friend staying in the room (who slept on a comfy mattress on the floor). While the suite was lovely, given its oh-so big bathroom (has a spacious shower area and a bathtub), the location of the room was a big inconvenience. We were situated near the pool, and was constantly bombarded by the loud noise and chatter from an ongoing pool party. Despite posting a curfew on playing loud music, the noise continued on until early morning. Good thing we were all so tired, so we got to sleep despite the noise. My friends were able to enjoy the pool, as well as the plated complimentary breakfast from the hotel. I just wish they had a free coffee refill. But all in all, the staff were very accommodating and nice. Should I stay there again, I would book a room on the second floor, where they grand staircase is located.

Villa Jhoana - Too crowded
If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax.. believe me. this ain't the place for you. Although I wouldn't really blame it on the resort since it is published as a public pool..unless you made reservations beforehand to make it private. Visitors seemed uneducated on a lot of instances.. 1. Managing their wastes.. food is spilled on the wash counters..and no trash can is found.. 2. kids literally go up on the slides rather than use the stairs.. parents doesn't seem to mind. There are some staff who already called their attention but kids don't seem to obey. 3. Lifeguards just keep on chatting The place looks exactly what's online. the place is nice. but with how it is managed by the staff, the scenery and view doesn't seem enough to compensate if it's actually something you will look forward to go back to in the future. went there May 1, 2016
