We thought this was a steal at the time of booking but when we arrived, the room was not clean at all. The fan has a lot of dust, stains and hair strands found on the sheets and floor plus a used mask under a bed. Worst Baguio experience so far. The staff are nice but the room is really not clean. I won't recommend this at all.

We 3 senior citizens, one with heart failure had to climb down 20 steps to our room. Staff were helpful. I know I shld have requested for a room on street level, I just assumed this is like Hotel Elizabeth.

Staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a pet with you, it is nice to stay in Villa Silvina because the rooms are accessible to the court where you can walk your pet and allow time for potty. Downside would be the signal! Wifi is only at the lobby and if you are assigned in the “basement” rooms (with pets), you have to go out of your room to get signal. Prepare to use data/LTE in this accommodation.

I'm still asking for the Hotel to refund my money since I never was able to stay there. They just keep telling me that the money will be refunded back to my account but until now I haven't heard any from them 😡.

if the request for the rooms are not available just kindly lets us know asap so that I have time to cancel and look for another hotel. The hotel its not already impressing so I am expecting for the request of our room will be given to make feel better but its not its disappointing. Ambiance is very important for relaxing.

Quite not good because if you are in staying in the bottom and you want to sleep you can hear footstep in the ceiling and its so irritating because it's made of wood. But service was okay.

Baguio’s Villa Silvina Hotel and Restaurant is a three-star hotel that puts its guests within driving distance of several Baguio attractions. Even better, its cozy and comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, and accommodating staff make coming back after a day of exploring a delight.
The Villa Silvina Hotel and Restaurant is a 13-minute drive from the Baguio Bus Terminal. The Mansion House is a two-minute drive, while Wright Park is four minutes away. The Baguio Botanical Garden is five minutes away by car.
All 30 rooms have complimentary WiFi and electric fans, in case guests don’t find the Baguio climate cold enough. Rooms also have a TV with cable channels, as well as comfortable beds to sleep in. A private bathroom with a toilet and hot and cold shower is also available, with a basic set of toiletries included.
A number of restaurants are nearby for hungry guests. The Lemon and Olives Greek Taverna is a three-minute walk away, while the Cafe Adriana is two minutes away. Those looking for Italian food can take the three-minute stroll to Baguio Trattoria Picare.
