The room assigned to us was extremely spacious and more than what I expected when I booked. It was also clean and organized. The staff were also approachable and very patient in attending our needs. Our second day in Baguio was also the peak of the typhoon so we had no choice but to stay at the hotel; however, it was not such a bad experience because the hotel offered great meals for us to enjoy plus they had more than average WiFi speed (lol I was able to download more than 20 episodes during my whole stay). Overall, it was a great stay :D

Although we loved the ambiance, we got a room that doesn't have a cellular network and the heater isn't working too. It only heats up a little in the start then you'll still end up shaking from the cold. The location is near the parks but its quite distant from the city's center.

At first the fiance felt off because there was no air conditioning, not knowing that we wouldn’t need it at all since it got very cold! Our room was beside the lobby so internet connection was great. Check in & out were quick as well. Room (and bathroom!) was very spacious and thank goodness for working water heater!

This was actually our 2nd stay in Villa Silvina and we could say that we were still satisfied with the overall services (staff, room, cleanliness, food and the ambiance) 😊 The place was very homey which made us more relaxed and free from stress. It is located away from the city proper (but not too far) which I think made our stay so peaceful and comfy. Lastly, the food they serve are so enticing and delicious 😊, especially their breakfast meals (tapa and pancakes). These are just some of the reasons why we're looking forward to celebrate our Christmas in Baguio and to this nice and comfy hotel accommodation. If I have only one suggestion, that would be free/unlimited coffee. Hope they consider it as they have a cold weather there in Baguio ☕❤😊

location very accessible. near mines view, the mansion, camp john hay. near restaurants, hotel ambiance was very nice and homey. the guest officers were pleasant and courteous. towels and linens are very clean. water heater is working! our room was located at lower basement and you can hear the steps from upstairs. maybe because its wood. other than that, our stay was great!

The only thing that concerned us is that we don't have wifi signal at our room which is located at the basement. Hopefully they can improve that. But overall the experience is commendable.

Budget friendly for group accommodations. Cheap but delicious foods on the restaurant part. Nice and very accommodating staffs. However, not ideal for smokers because you have to go outside the hotel to smoke.

Dusty beddings. Weak water pressure and not really warm water produced by shower heater. Requested for 2 matrimonial beds when I booked but was given 4 single beds upon check in. Can hear the noise outside. However, staff are very polite.

It's great but needs improvement when it comes to amenities. I found out on their website that they have karaoke but isn't available because of an event, should have made it available in other parts of the hotel instead.
