Excellent service, staffs are very accommodating and I love the place
They are not that accommodating staff especially in the front desk. They want to chat rather talk to customers.
Great location. Nice view. Pool is great too.

Overnight Affair
Location of the hotel was good. The size of the rooms, and the price is good for people on a budget, plus the view of Taal was nice. But what I don't like about this place is the moldy scent inside the room. The front dest people and hotel personnels are quick to respond to our demands but they could not do anything concerning the smell. They gave us a humidifier to help with the scent and we are thankful but It did not really address the moldy scent. I think it is due to the fact that there are no windows. For other's I think it's ok but for our group, we are sensitive to smell and we also have allergies to molds. We are happy about the service of the hotel but the moldy thing is not bearable. Me and my friends ended up having allergy attacks & we got red red itchy spots on our face.

Good view and Pool thats it
Positive: small room but comfy bed, good view, pool is nice but with lots of chlorine. House keeping good service... Negative: theres no wifi inside the room, poor signal for mobile network data as well. No bidet, and everytime you ask for extra towel charge is Php 100, extra pillow Php 50. My husband sat on one of the monoblock chairs provided at the balcony and fell, the chair was broken. was not able to report right away because were having dinner. Its my sons birthday. We ordered from their restaurant, food is average but good service. I called 9 pm for them to clean up and at see the chair but we woke up 7am and still plates are there full of fleas. I called them again to clean up because will have breakfast. The menu for breakfast are limited to 2 choices,I told them I will just add up but they said I cannot, but I insisted because we dont want tocino and upon negotation, finally they allow us to upgrade for a charge. Yes, coffee from the breakfast have charges. First time we stayed and coffee is not free to think, they have higher rates on room. We brought are own coffee and just ask again for the kettle because its not available in the room. Very limited swimming pool towels and theres no one wiping the excess water from the floor. Very slippery. When we check out, they have mentioned the chair, one staff is very concerned with my husband's condition because there might be pain on his back and he told me if i need anything for xray, but I said he is okay. But the manager ask me to pay for the broken chair, actually its okay ton pay but its not our fault, my husband is a medium built guy, but she said in a way as if We intentionally broke it. I said there might be some problem with the chair before giving it us so I really got annoyed when she mentioned as if its our fault till she said its okay no need to pay. Will I book again? NO. will i recommend to friends? NO. Im starting our own travel agency so were really checking hotels on tourist spots like tagaytay so will not include them. theres a lot of new hotels in tagaytay with good taal view at a very competitive price. I was just curious with the infinity like pool based on reviews but I regret and will never come back again.

Anniversary Escapde in Tagaytay
We plan to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Tagaytay, We found out about this hotel upon arrival in Tagaytay. We immediately fall in love with the taal view, thought taal volcano isn't that visible, still not bad if you want a Taal View hotel. Service wise the staff are very accommodating, just call the frontdesk and they are more than willing to assist you. They even gave us a room fridge with no extra charge. They also have an infinity pool, with depth around 5 - 6ft and an entertainment center with billiard and table tennis. Rooms are good enough and spacious for its rates. Amenities wise this is good, the only cons is the weak cellular network inside its rooms and the Wi-Fi is only good when you are at the lobby. All in all their service is what will make your stay with them a pleasing one

the staffs are accomadating especially the one handling their fb page.they allowed us early check in.we stayed for 1 night but i wished we could stay longer pros bed and pillows are very comfy my baby loves it. your allowed to bring/buy food outside. mcdonalds is located beside the hotel food is ok(breakfast) the pool is ok the view is great though the famous taal volcano isnt visible in this area cons no signal and wifi in rooms no bidet ac is always turning off-idk why no complimentary coffee no separation of balcony (other guest in the same floor can go to your area sometimes no privacy)

Vista Real Hotel
The best part of our stay in the hotel are the bed, it's super soft and comfy. The view of the lake is great too, we watched the sunrise in our balcony and it was beautiful. The staff are nice and accommodating, they were nice enough to climb the small window of our room when we locked ourselves outside haha. Just few things I would like the Hotel to add on their rooms: mirrors, coffee maker, and wifi. Overall, a pleasant stay with the family. 3 stars for now
