The room that we reserved is not available and the Guard didn't even bother to help us with our stuffs and we still ask him to open the door since we are carrying our bags and stuffs we bought in Capiz.

Rooms are decent considering the price but the receptionists (especially the one in the morning shift with brown rebonded hair and thick make up) need re-training! They don't realize how important their role is to make exhausted travelers feel welcome after a very long trip. Indifferent, unapproachable, and one time was gossiping loudly in front of the guests. Ironically, the guy who serves the food and brings my coffee to my room seems to be way more approachable and professional. Food could've been good but inconsistent. (Affordable though) WiFi doesn't really work.

I am comfortable with the place, walking distance to the park, city hall, cathedral and capitol building. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the beef steak I ordered was delicious.

The place was really cheap but you also get a bit of the same quality as the amount you paid for. The smell on the ground floor rooms is not good. It smelled like the water in the river just in front of the hotel. The water coming out of the toilet flush was also a bit muddy and super light grayish in color. Nonetheless, the food is cheap too and taste acceptable. The aircon was working too. If you want to avoid the smell, the rooms in the upper floor is a better choice though you just have to add a little to their cheapest rates.

room has limited electrical outlet. we cant charge our phone. 1 or 2 outlets only. hotel was generous in providing towels. no shampoo was provided only soap. tv is so small.

Would have been better if the toilet doesn't smell bad in room c and if the water in the toilet is not yellowish. Their toilet bowl is also hard to flush. The good side is the staff are nice, the mango shake and tosilog are delicious (would have been better if the portion of the tocino is not small).
