The receipt stated that the supposed room should be air-conditioned room, but the staff provided us just a plain fan room without giving any freebies or discount. That is I consider an unfair treatment!

The rooftop is good. The staff is approachable and nice. The owner took care of us which we really appreciate. The cocktail price is reasonable and tastes good. The reason our stay is not so great is there's no secured parking and you have to park your own car outside the building. You don't have a peace of mind because you have to think about your car every now and then. The pillows we used smelled like the cockroach and there's a big rat that we saw heading to their kitchen. The rat is supersized and almost as big as a cat. I was shocked and told myself that it will be the first and last time I'll stay there.

My hubby and i stay there for almost 1 day actually it was not 1 day 6pm check in, on 11 am following day check out. The room was dirty at the back of it was a bodega i think since there is a big tank of water... we can't move, the room was very small for 2 persons... from there we transferred to a very good hotel, staff who are very curious, accommodation is perfect for me.

The bed kept on making noises. The air-condition wasn't as cold as it was in the morning and kept on leaking.
