On our day of check in my now husband came first and did the check in duties. We do have 4 rooms in our first day of stay in the hotel (other booking was done in another booking app) all 3 rooms were all good, however the other room was unable to locate by the attending staff. I already sent all the booking confirmation to my husband unfortunately the lady was not able to locate it in their system. Days before out first day of check in we already went to the hotel and asked regarding our bookings and the lady staff available the day we went saw all our bookings so we are complacent that we will have a hassle free check in. Going back when I came I presented again the booking confirmation from another booking app and then they communicated someone on the phone and then later the room was okay. Come the day of our wedding. When my family and I are about to eat our breakfast, one of our room is not listed in the rooms with breakfast at the buffet. So I went to the lobby staff and voiced out that one room has breakfast alloted as per my booking and then I presented again my booking and then the staff gladly confirm that we do have breakfast allotment. After breakfast. The lobby staff even called and again asked if we do have breakfast allotment for our booking and again I confirmed yes since it is stated in our booking. Whew. During the preparations and when we were about to leave for the church. The lobby called the rooms of my now husband and said that they need to vacate the 2 rooms for that day. My husband was in horror knowing that only 1 room is supposed to check out for them and another 1 for my side. My husband even went down and tried to fix the situation at the lobby unfortunately the staff said that the room needs to be vacated. Since my husband is running out of time to fix and so stress since we are about to get married the other room was immediately vacated and they went all to the remaining room. They were all stress and so tired thinking we have a wedding to go to. So come night when we went back to the hotel. We asked the staff available that time (this staff was the same staff available when we first went to the hotel to check that we have bookings) said that all bookings are intact and can be viewed in the system. Of course my husband vent out his rant earlier that day to the staff and the staff was very apologetic and ensured us that they will investigate what happened to their staff the day before our wedding and on our wedding day itself. The next day during our check out again my husband voiced out his complaints regarding the incidents he and we encountered before and during our stay. And again the lobby staff (this was a different staff) apologize to us and again said that there will be an investigation on the incidents happened. The staff even asked for my husband’s email address and there they will send their investigation. The staff even gave us complimentary wine and a congratulatory letter for our wedding. Well we were grateful for their compliments but of course it was a tragic incident that should not happen to anyone. Our stay was from December 26-28 but up until now no email or anything from their team. I was not supposed to write a review since the hotel was so very nice, the rooms were clean and so comfy, their buffet was so good and all staff were very accommodating infairness to their service. But this incident should not happen again to any of the guest so that is why I am writing this.

Good location. Parking available. Service was not that efficient, had to call twice to have the room sprayed as it smelled bad. Not very generous with providing utensils. Restricts the use of the tv to connect a usb. Pool is small. Room was not well-maintained. Our stay was not bad, but it was not great. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Romantic Vacation
I must say that everything was excellent.. Good interior !!! One thing.. don't judge a hotel room by the building Cause so many hotels have tall building but their interior so bad I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was perfect til I requested for housekeeping. I requested for room cleaning before going up to the pool expecting our room to be clean when we get down. To my dismay, our room was still not cleaned when we came back.

Our family had an awesome stay! The two-bedroom deluxe room is very spacious! Love the view from the 18th floor! Very accommodating staff! Fast check-out!

I hope they can setup the plates/utensils according to the number of guests. We booked a two bedroom for 4 persons but we only got 2 plates/glass/spoon/knife and 1 fork. We called but was only given 1 set of each and was told there is nothing they can give anymore. Nevertheless it was a good stay, the room is huge, clean and has a wide range of cable channels. Also, both rooms has veranda.
