Lady at reception could have been a lot nicer and helpful. Room had no hand towels, head towels, a shower mat, shampoo or shower gel. Not even a couple of tea bags. Location is great the rest is just about acceptable

Spacious. Bedroom curtain was stuck so you can’t close it all the way. No fan or ac in the room. Bathroom is decent size. Definitely gotta bring your own hygiene products.

The location is great, not far from the train station and also close to bus stop for the bus to the airport. When I stayed, the place of relatively quiet apart from a few loud Chinese tourist, who as usual, were shouting at each other across the hall way. The property is basically a serviced apartment with basic cooking utensils, and fridge. The to in the room wasn’t working. I didn’t know that they don’t have shower gel/ shampoo, which was a bit inconvenient. They do have a very strict check-in policy so there is no chance of checking in even a minute before three. Also there are no toilets in the common area.

After looking at the photos online and choosing a beautiful deluxe apartment we were very disappointed when we checked in. The room was nothing like the photo’s. The hotel is in a good centre location and was a good price and if the photos were of the actual rooms I may still have booked it but would not have been so disappointed. Please change your photos and give an honest representation of your rooms.

Walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the apartment room. Everything is just pretty standard just the basics required. Overall it’s an average 3 star stay with more than enough comfort. Did not use the WiFi so can’t rate that. Bring your entertainment, TV are basic with Polish TV channels

3 of us stayed for two nights. The first night we arrived gone midnight and had instructions to access our room key from a key safe. The room was clean, bathroom a little smelly presumably from drains. Only 3 bath towels, no hand towels too. We had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, useful to know that's what you need to do. Sofabed was a little hard, but generally expected from a sofabed. Main bed mattress was comfy. We really only used the room to sleep & wash in, as we had such a short stay and it was perfectly adequate for that.

Bargain price for 2 nights. Nice clean apartment in the centre of Wroclaw. 24 hour desk a nice bonus.

AVOID - Scam, dirty property falling apart that bears no resemblance to the advertised pictures or contents. Disastrous stay - our first room was nowhere near what was advertised on Expedia or in the pictures. Old, tired furniture and a dirty room missing many basic items listed in the description. The 'kitchen' was not suitable for making anything, we had a single set of cutlery to share and two tiny, dirty pans. The shower was missing a door, which meant it could not be used without flooding the bathroom. We were given a replacement room, this was no better with the same quality and many basic items missing. This room had ANTS CRAWLING FROM THE FLOORBOARDS UNDER THE BED. Even the corridors of the building are partly lit with faulty lights, overall the ambience is somewhere between a YMCA hostel and a 1980s hospital. We gave up and checked out first thing the next morning, the hotel made us complain in writing and would get back to us, after weeks of chasing still no refund. Disaster / scam / avoid at all costs. For context I visit Wroclaw approx. 5 times a year and have staid in most of the main hotels in town. This is the only hotel I have had this issue with in the entire time, there are so many better places to stay - AVOID!

The property is less than. a 10 minute or walk to the city centre and there is a large shopping mall a 5 minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible and convenient.

Great and quite location for very reasonable price. Apartment was of a good enough size with kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is finished cheaply but overall was very good.
