A usefu hotel although not centrally placed in Bytom. A fridge and microwave oven are available to guests and located near reception. Breakfast was okay although the cooked selection was very limited consisting of boiled Polish sausages and scrambled eggs

We selected this hotel on purpose being in between Katowice'a airport and Katowice's city centre as we were having a rental car and our plans were for accessing sites nearby. This hotel was perfect! We enjoyed every bit, we were 4 of us, 2 rooms; really comfortable, quiet at night, very friendly and open-minded staff. Rooms were not large but good average size, with all the amenities supplied, including good Sri Lankan brand tea. The breakfast was superb! The scrambled eggs were some of the tastiest ever we've had in a hotel and the choice was brilliant, always clean and tidy and great quality of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone without doubt, however if you are an average tourist as we are, you will need to have a rental car unless you are then staying in Katowice's downtown where value for money is never as good as was in Boutique Hotels Bytom.

The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers.

Ganz schrecklich war die Eingangstüre ist zugefallen mit einem sehr lauten Knall. Die Zimmer Türe lies sich sehr schwer öffnen braucht mehrere Versuche. Die Parkgebühr wurde verlangt obwohl wir schon mehrmals im gleichen Hotel waren und diese nie erhoben wurden. Daher möchte ich meine bezahlt Parkgebühr zurück.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Bequem und sauber. Bequemes Bett. Allas vorhanden, was notwendig ist. Die Reception sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmerteinigung nur 1x in 4 Tagen. Trotz des Kärtchens an der Tür "bitte reinigen"- ist nichts passiert.
