The hotel was perfect clean organized and amazing breakfast

The hotel facade is being refurbished. There are scaffolding outside and it is not possible to open windows. No information about works was given while booking.

Great stay! Close to everything. Breakfast was amazing. Room and shower were tidy. Lots of room. The AC wouldn’t let me change the temperature at all. It was a bit cold. 9/10

Clean room and very good staff performance. One problem only- building is under renovation scaffolding around main entrance very difficult to enter with the luggage

Nice breakfast spread. Room was clean, bathroom updated. Good location and friendly staff. Prior to arrival, undisclosed exterior construction had scaffolding and workers outside my 15th floor window daily. Very ‘European style’ air conditioning. A/C controller in the room had no impact or extraordinarily slow response, front desk said give it 1 hour per 1 degree Celsius change.

Nice location to downtown Warsaw and the train station. Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything. The elevators run very well. You don’t wait long for an elevator. There are water filling stations for personal water bottles on almost every floor.

No ice machine available for guests in the whole hotel; had to ask at the bar. Airco’s lowest setting was 23° minus -3° = 20° not cold enough

The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The staff was extraordinary. I was very impressed by their hospitality.

We were traveling from the United States and chose to stay at the Hampton because we were familiar with the brand and knew what to expect in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. We also wanted a hotel that included breakfast so we could get an early start to our days of sightseeing. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Before our stay, we had read several reviews that described the breakfast as average, and after experiencing it ourselves, we honestly don't understand those comments. This was one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts we've ever seen. The selection was incredible—more like a cruise ship buffet than a typical hotel breakfast. There was something for everyone, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is a little farther from the Market Square area than some other properties, but we enjoy walking, so the location was not an issue for us. The only issue we had was a European classic- terrible air conditioning. It was very warm - in the 80's (29+ C) when we were there. AC barely got down to 19 C. But, overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit.

Good hotel not far from old town. Good breakfast and a convenience store only metres away. Trams are very close as well we would defo stay here again.
