Clean and well appointed room of decent size. Good views from 16th floor. Modern without being unduly trendy. Large selection at breakfast buffet free to all guests. Close but not too close to Central Station: nine minutes to platform. Good spot to explore old city to the north and parks and gardens to the south. Hard to fault. Recommend.

Very nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, convienent location. Wonderful breakfast, (breakfast room was very chilly, bring a sweater.) It was 80F/27C outside. We were on the 14th floor. The windows were sealed shut,and the AC didn't keep the room cool. If you're coming in the summer, I'd ask for a low floor. Aside from that, an enjoyable stay.

Great location and friendly staff, but the beds are extremely hard!!! We felt like we were sleeping on a rock. Waking up with back pain every morning on vacation is not a good experience. I mentioned it to the staff and the only solution offered was extra comforters to place on the mattress, which didn’t help. Unfortunately, none of us slept well during our stay because of the beds.
