Holiday Suites Cracow

Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Krakow. Very peaceful and well located for the race. A great location overall, easy for airport, old town/jewish quarter and busses out of town. Right by the glorious river if you want to get some runs in. Good communication and cleanliness. Only downside was a lack of water pressure in the shower

Really nice apartments set close to the Castle & Jewish quarters - great for restarants and bistro's. Accomodation really clean and tidy. Would certainly book again 5*

We stayed at this property in July 25 for 3 nights. The property is not as its advertised. Its very run down. Stained carpets, stained bed mattresses, broken chair, broken dishwasher, wires sticking out of the wall. Property was noisy due to other suites being renovated during our stay. The outside of the property is in such poor state it gives an appliance of the property being abandoned. We checked out on Sunday and had trouble leaving the property due to "reception" being closed down. No information was provided how to check out and we had to call the owner of the property for instructions. The property is overpriced, dirty and I would highly recommend staying somewhere else in Krakow as the city has plenty better accommodation to choose from. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Excellent location, close to Wawel, Wisła, rynek, Kazimierz and many more.

Pros: location, close to the castle, old town, large apartment. Cons: not a typical hotel, no reception, didn’t get good communication about check in prior, very warm and no a/c or fans, towels very old and worn out.

Amazing place. Apartment is really big and has everything you will need. Location is good, close to river and castle with public transportation around the corner. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and bars

It was a bit daunting at first as you walk in as they must be doin decorating there but the apartment was nice and clean and very warm ,the staff was nice i also had message day before asking if they like to do anything for us so they ordered us transport from the airport and back again. Cant Fault them . The bar was nice too so was the roof top. The restaurant wasnt open only for big Venues i got told when we arrived so was gutted about that, it wasnt what we expected there as the pictures shows the castle etc but we thought it was the place we were staying in ,lol. But apart from that we was comfortable there after the first night and the beds was comfortable as well, fir tye price we paid id definitely stay again.

This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Krakow. Entrance hall can be a little off putting as you can see in to the Kosher restaurant and I believe work is being carried out to improve this. However, location wise, this is perfect, right near Wawel castle and walking distance to main square. Pawel was friendly and helpful. Apartment slept 4- single beds, apartment was warm, clean and tidy. Thank you Will defo be back.

Lovely apartment, walking distance to everything in Krakow - easy to find and easy to drive to, parking was a bit difficult but always found a spot (quite expennsive to park on the street, but is that same around most of Krakow). Thank you Paweł for a great stay and great communication. Toby (UK)

Great host,very easy to locate and check in/out.Apartment had 5 beds and nice large bathroom,tv.Excellent location with everything you really need would defo recomend and stay again👍

Pawel, was very friendly, attentive and his communication skills are excellent. I highly recommend these apartments, spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area.

Awesome location, close and walkable distance to all the attractions, overlooking the river. Beautiful place.

Tiles on bathroom and kitchen floor badly cracked and loose, very dangerous to walk on. The bathroom door had been forced and badly repaired. Beds are really uncomfortable and also small. Quilts and pillows are cheap and poor quality. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days. Work starts outside at 630 am drilling and banging and the bar and other rooms were noisy until the early hours. I reported the tiles but nothing was done. Note. The building looks like it’s in a war zone it’s ugly dirty and has not been maintained. There is a kocher restaurant on the ground floor which you have to pass to get to the lift

Lots of space. Quiet area. Bit of a walk to city centre but definitely not too far. Great communication from staff. Wifi was hit or miss.
