The hotel is old, below standard. The rooms are decorated 20 years ago, with only the bathroom renovated. The worst part is the mattresses in the beds, which are terrible—soft and worn. Never again!

Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.

4 stars are only for a fun activity. Reception is a careless and unkind. We had to wait over one hour for check in even though we get email check in is for 3pm we got room after 4 Rooms are very old worn not so comfy to stay in. Food just ok, bread not fresh, not to many options Don't get fooled by the look of the hotel Overall didn't feel welcome

We appreciated staying at this hotel during our trip in Poland. The staff was ferkelnd, spoke good English and helped us get around. The breakfast is big and there were extremely many people and it was overcrowded. The rooms are spacious and clean. No elevator to the floor which was a bit annoying.

Stayed in 4 nights, the hotel is looking a little dated decor wise but every thing worked and the staff are very nice. Our bed was super comfortable one of the nicest I've slept in for awhile although the mattress protector had a plastic backing which tended to make my wife and I sweat a little so that could maybe be improved. The small bathroom had good shower pressure and consistent temperature. The hallway to our room was a bit musty smelling.. The restaurant food is just Ok nothing standout the Buffett we had one night really was the best option, breakfast was ok but I'd have really liked some bacon. Parking is secure, there is an excellent gym and swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for a business trip. The hotel is located in a perfect location but the condition of bathrooms, balconies and cleaning need attention. The ceiling is broken in lobby and walk ways. The food quality is bad, the fins of fish were on the skin. The staff is not friendly at all. Rooms are very small.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, the staff very friendly and kind, however our room needs to be refurbished, carpet heavily stained, tiles on the wall old and need replacement, duvet cover washed out. Air conditioning very much needed, patio needs to be refurbished. During our stay regularly smoke fumes coming from the patio. The reception staff very polite and helpful, also the gentleman working at the bar where the pools and bowling- lovely and kind. Good facilities: bowling 1PLN/1minute, pools-0,50PLN/1minute, very expensive car park 34PLN per day(£7!)got a negotiated discount to 20PLN. Great swimming pool, and excellent areas for kuds. The Hotel placed in a great area, near to the lake, cycle path, number of caffes, also amphitheater.

Front desk staff were nice. The room was to put it mildly; stains too numerous to count on the carpet. Grout of shower and bathroom was nearly black. This is by NO means a four start hotel by any measurement, any where in the world.
