The hotel in general and the room as well were excellent. Clean and modern. The room had all the amenities anyone would need. The staff I dealt with were excellent. They speak English very well and were very helpful.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly stuff. Everybody speaks English. The room is really clean and nicely furnished. Good quality mattress. Breakfast is outstanding. It’s a buffet style and the selection of dishes is really impressive. Should I ever return to Bialystok I will definitely stay at Opera again

Yes i a hostel but have everything you need to stay at night. I have big beds, tv,small windows out to street. Bathroom and wc in corridor but this is no problem. If i need use again for night i will.Thank you

The hotel was amazing, everything looked new. The king sized bed was huge and was so comfortable. The shower was incredible. The room service was perfect and the food was tremendous.

Amazing hotel, finished to high standard. Spacious room with good storage - excellent for our short trip. Breakfast was delicious. The only small minus was that there was little room for toiletries in the bathroom, but this did not spoil our stay in any way.
