We spent 2 days at ibis Styles Grudziądz and we are really pleased with our stay. The hotel has a great location,close to the city center, shops, and a gas station, and Kaufland is just a few steps away. The parking is convenient and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice bathrooms and fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable, and the ability to open the windows was a big plus, allowing for fresh air. The hotel is modernly equipped and renovated, and the elevator works quickly and efficiently. Additionally, free water, Nescafé coffee, and tea were available in the rooms and lobby, which made mornings very convenient. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the team constantly replenished the food, so it was always fresh and varied. The lobby has a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. In summary Ibis is a great hotel, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We will definitely be happy to return!

Large bedroom with excellent air conditioning. Helpful staff. Restaurant looked good though didn't use it. Hotel is well positioned between rail station and town. Had to leave early but was given a good packed breakfast. Nothing to fault

Nice, very clean, almost new hotel in good part of town.Unfortunately internet was VERY unreliable, we asked staff to address this issue but they were not able to help, since we need internet for our business we would not come back to this hotel until they fix this issue

Very modern Hotel. Nice and clean room. Quite large as well. My shower gell bottle was empty and not refilled, after my request And the pillows were a bit too stiff. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The best breakfast buffet I had for a long long time.

The room was very modern and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing too. The service we received from reception, breakfast staff, and even housekeeping staff was brilliant. It was my fiancé’s first time in Poland visiting my home city and he loved it. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will definitely visit again in the future!

I am very dissatisfied with the service in the restaurant. Long waiting time despite the empty room. Refusal to give condiments to a meal and refusal to accept the complaint related to it and return the ordered meal. In response to my complaint at the hotel reception I received information about the culinary testes of my husband, the receptionist whom I complained about. I find this a lack of professionalism. To avoid escalation of the conflict I will pay PLN 28 for a non-consumrd meal but in the future I do not intend to use the service of IBIS hotels. It hapend August 16 2019 9,30 PM Stasielak Zygmunt
