Joyinn Aparthotel

A smart hotel at a great location for exploring the city. Easy to get to from the airport and a beautiful spot by the river and walking path. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, a good start for the day. Our only issue was the temperature in the room. No AC and only one fan, was very hot.

**Hotel Review:** Unfortunately, I would like to share my experience at this hotel, which was below expectations. Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Bed Size:** The beds are smaller than anticipated, which may affect comfort for some guests. 2. **Accessibility:** The hotel can be challenging to locate, and unloading luggage is not straightforward. Multiple stairs and many doors made moving my suitcases super challenging. 3. **Reception Hours:** The reception desk operates only until 6 p.m., which could be inconvenient for late arrivals. Lady at the front desk showed zero interest in helping me or solve an issue such as parking space or need of iron. Instead of saying let me see what I can do all I got was cold NO, I cannot help you. 4. **Missing Amenities:** There were several standard amenities typically found in other hotels that were lacking: - No thermostat for temperature control. - Parking was not available without a reservation, despite being a significant factor in my choice to stay here. - Blackout window blinds were absent, leading to daylight entering the room, making it difficult to sleep. - Limited toiletries were provided; only soap was available, with no toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, or a sufficient number of towels. - There was no in-room safe for valuables. - No room service or any food in the hotel (except breakfast that was offered for extra fee). 5. **Room Comfort:** The room did not have a comfortable chair for relaxation while watching

Staff were very professional and courteous. An absolute value for the money. I wish I could've stayed longer. If I make it back to Wrocław, I will definitely stay again.

Nicely appointed, comfortable bed, and bedding, nice sitting area. For the location and price I think it’s a excellent option when compared to the Absynt Chain of hotels that look good on paper, but are generally very poorly maintained. I would stay here again at Joyinn in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly and prompt. So many great places nearby for drinks and food

Fresh modern renovation of the interior, bed linen, sanitary ware, kitchen appliances - all this is of a high level. Three days of stay here left me with only positive feelings. 100% recommend to everyone

The location is near the old town, so it’s easy to walk around the city. The receptionist was nice. The room was average clean, cos I found a human nail on the chair and an empty bottle under the bed. The room was spacious, the bed was clean and well made, super comfy during sleep, just a bit noisy outside. They provided clean towels and the bathroom was clean with hot shower. So far I did enjoy my stay!

A nice property in the center of Wroclaw. Good Internet very clean and a good size for a nice stay. Possible for a longer stay of 1-2weeks.

The location was convent to most sites and the one way road was quite. The room is much smaller than the photos show….only about 16” from the bed to the wall. The other side of the bed was 1 step to the bathroom. The upholstery and light switches were dirty. No coffee pot, and only 2 pkgs of instant coffee for 2 people and a 5 night stay. The water pressure in the shower was very low and showers were a difficult. I have NO idea how one could fill the bathtub that they show in their pictures…..it would take all day! The towels were thin and worn. The best feature of the room was the bed and bedding, they were very comfortable.

We booked for 3 people but only got a room for 2 ans ended up on a camp bed for 4 nights

Had a great stay here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Good bars and restaurants nearby as was the center. Definitely stay here again.

Good location 10 mins from flower market. Good restaurants and grocery store round the corner. Good friendly staff. Lovely quiet room with everything I needed.
