Very easy to find with the details from the property! We didn’t get one of the messages from Expedia, but thankfully she was there when we arrived & was able to pass us the details of our room number & codes.
The property was very clean, the kitchen space was lovely with drinking water available. We had a shared bathroom which had a lovely shower & two toilets, we never found we were having to wait to use them!
We would definitely stay again there, it was the perfect location!

We booked a room for three adults for three nights. The room had separate twin beds, and we could barely walk between them. There wasn't enough space for three suitcases, and we were very uncomfortable. The place was clean, as was the kitchen, but the toiletries were very scarce. The toilet paper roll was less than half full, and it was the only roll for three people. The same was true for the hand soap; the bottle had very little left. We asked for more toilet paper the next day before going on different tours, and when we returned at night, what we found was ANOTHER ROLL LESS THAN HALF FULL (for three guests). One of us got sick with a stomach bug from some food in a restaurant and had to use the bathroom numerous times, but the toilet paper ran out quickly, so they had to shower constantly throughout the night. The hotel is in an excellent location, accessible to everything we needed, but our stay was made horrible by the limitations: lack of space to walk between the beds, the suitcases had to be placed across the narrow walkway, and every day we had to put them on the bed to get out the clothes we would wear or anything else we needed. There was a tiny vanity and on it only one disposable cup (there were three of us). When we ran out of hand soap, we had to use the shampoo that was mounted on the shower wall. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at Level Room. Honestly, it might be suitable for two people, but even then there wouldn't be enough space for .

Great place to stay, convenient location within walking distance from the Warsaw Main Station, easy to find, very clear check-in instructions were sent the day before. The property itself is very clean and freshly renovated. A lot of dining options nearby. Highly recommended.

One has to be careful making reservation in this hotel. Some rooms do not have bathrooms and people have to use common bathroom. The hotel is very clean, but lack of bathroom shall disqualify it as a hotel, this is something between low grade hotel and good quality hostel.

Extremely clean, great coffee machine and tea selection. Nice, helpful cleaning staff. Bed was good. TV selection was good. Neighborhood is great - walk 5-7 minutes to train stations/metro, National Museum is 10 minutes walk away. Palace of Culture is about 7 minutes away. All rooms on one floor. Looks like Mondrian designed the walls. Would definitely go back. Great place.

The rooms are small but clean.
But the main problem is that there is no kettle and dishes for tea and food in the room. This created an additional burden for us after an 18-hour flight.
We also asked to send us the code number for the apartment to our mobile phone number, but the owner did not do this and this also delayed us, and we could not get into the room earlier, since we were waiting for the person who rented the room for us to land at the airport and give us the password.
I will definitely not stay in this room a second time, since for this money you can rent a better room in a hotel, where there will be a kettle, tea, coffee in the room and more convenient registration.

The advertising of their facilities is false advertising!
They claim to have air conditioning in all rooms while in fact, none has. Arriving in August, I made sure to book a place with air conditioning due to the heat - only to find that they lie about it. NO air conditioning in rooms, and opening the window in the evening brought numerous bugs inside.
It was impossible to even stay one night, I had to leave the same day and book a different place.
Although they illegally advertise false information, they refused to issue any refund. Will pursue in court.
As if that wasn’t enough, the bed linen and blanket were dirty, and the staff was rude even before checking in.
Reading other reviews here, instead of taking responsibility, they seem to blame the customers. Which they probably will do in the comments on my review too.
Just book somewhere else.

Excellent, clean place to stay while visiting the city. Following instructions sent, entry codes worked as expected. Room had complementary shaving set, toothbrush/toothpaste, sewing kit, earplugs, vanity set. kitchen well equipped. Complementary coffee and tea available.
