Lothus Hotel

Pleasant staff. Room was a single room but very high ceilings so felt very airy and perfect for a single. Also was absolutely spotless. Breakfast included, exactly the kind of breakfast i want whole abroad. Great location.

Location was good. Didn't have housekeeping service for my 4 night stay which was fine

Room was very noise die to traffic and i could hear the person in the next room snoring. It was a convenient location and breakfast was good. Needed to go to the front desk to get toilet paper as there was no extra in bathroom.

Really enjoyed our stay Great location. Hotel is a bit dated but our room must have been refurbished recently.

Wonderful breakfast buffet included. Very close to shopping and transportation options. Only downside was that we were at the end of the hotel and the wifi signal was weak to non existent, I had to go to the lobby to check email. It is an old stone building so I wasnt that surprised with the weak signal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel bardzo blisko rynku. Bardzo czysty ,duzy pokoj z wygodnym lozkiem i duza lazienka. Oferowane sniadanie mialo dobry wybor.Bylo bardzo cicho. W przyszlosci zdecydujemy sie na nocleg w tym hotwlu.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel

What an incredible stay. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The location is perfectly situated in the city centre.

Reception people very attentive, room small but clean.

The hotel is very central with good transport links. Being an older hotel it's within keeping of the oldest part of town. The single bed I had was a little on the low side and made my life a bit difficult getting in and out of it but, apart from that, a really good experience. The breakfast was good too

We arrived at the hotel a day later than originally booked due to our flight being rescheduled. We had emailed the hotel a couple of times a few days before arrival as we didn't want them to think we weren't turning up but received no acknowledgement. When we checked, we asked if they'd received the email and they had but couldn't be bothered to respond. Our room was pretty basic and as we had booked some time ago, couldn't recall what it should look like. It had a bed, a bedside, two chairs, etc. nothing fancy. However, onwe of us had to shuffle down between the bed and the bathroom wall as space was limited. The bathroom wasn't up to much, with just the basics. Bed linen and towels were of poor quality. The kettle couldn't be plugged in on the table, instead it had to sit on the floor in the narrow space between the bed and bathroom wall as that was the only available socket. Day 2, we checked on Expedia to see what our room should look like. It turned out that we had a single room where they replaced the single bed for a double. We should have had two bedside table and we didn't, neither was there room to put one, hence the bedside shuffle. Could have complained but didn't find the staff very helpful so didn't bother asking why we had a single and moving us to a double, probably an argument that wasn't going to go too well. Breakfast selection was limited and there is no toaster! Overall not a great Polish experience apart from seeing Andrea Bocelli.

Like: Location Not Like: 1. They "offer parking" where it is actually a paid city parking. 2. It is under construction . 3. Expensive for what they offer.

Modest property, hallways a bit sad looking. But the place is nice for the price, great location, parking option, and nice breakfast!

Excellent

Location excellent however we were not informed that there are major renovations taking place currently. Our room was fine but every room around it is being gutted causing serious dust and noise from 7am onwards. Breakfast was enjoyable with lovely music. We did not realise that there was no bar or lounge which meant we had to spend much more time in our room. We intend to request a refund when we collect our luggage later today.

It was quiet and the room was a decent size. The reception staff were blunt and rude. Said we couldn’t check in early as the room wasn’t ready but considering we stayed for 2 nights we never saw any other people staying there.
