Останавливалась в отеле на 3 дня. Номер чистый, уютный, с прекрасным видом из окна, особенно в когда , В номере всё очень удобно расположено, чувствуется грамотный и профессиональный подход к организации интерьера. Особенно понравился отдельный столик-консоль для чаепития. Очень удобно, что есть питьевая, газированная и ледяная вода на выбор. Завтраки тоже очень хорошие — большой выбор блюд, фрукты и десерты -- все свежее и вкусное. Хорошее обслуживание, администраторы и персонал очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. Отель в центре города, много магазинов и кафе в близком доступе . Отдых удался, рекомендую!

Clean room, a bit smaller and warmer than I had expected but comfortable nonetheless. No real food available in the bar area (just nuts and crisps) but places to eat nearby. Location is convenient but the traffic and square below does generate some noise if you are sensitive sleeper...

Loved the restaurant next to the hotel:) The hotel was a good 3 star hotel, and that is all one should expect! Breakfast was good. Cocktail service was very slow. Front desk was OK. When I arrives I couldn't find the reception area... several other people had the same problem... that was a big negative!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, both hot and cold. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, making the mornings a real treat.

My room was spotless and very comfortable. It was very quiet, the bed was great, and there was a large desk. The bathroom had a roomy shower enclosure, and there was a hair dryer over the sink. AC worked very well, as well as Wifi. The hotel looks modern and newly remodeled inside. Nice Lengren prints everywhere. There is filtered water station by the elevator, so you can fill the provided carafe and avoid using plastic bottles. One can also make tea or instant coffee in the room. The staff is super attentive and friendly. An extensive breakfast buffet for an extra charge. The location is wonderful - very close to all kinds of public transportation and restaurants, very walkable. A nice coffee shop next door, as well as a restaurant that I haven't tried. However, I can recommend WiTaj a few steps away (Vietnamese/Thai), and Groole under the gate (with filled baked potatoes).

What a wonderful hotel! I would absolutely recommend staying at this place, the location is central, public transport, shops, restaurants… everything is walkable. The room was quiet, bed comfy, AC efficient. I really liked now the decor was comfortable and unique in a good sense, the offering at breakfast was lovely as well and included Polish food, which I always look for, when travelling abroad. My only criticism would be that at breakfast there were only wooden teaspons, like those you het with your ice-cream.

It’s extremely clean, comfortable, very central location downtown Warsaw, and continental buffet breakfast is included. Highly recommend.
