Truest shocking in every way. Expected to clean my own room, make my own bed and ring for things they should provide anywhere. How dare you run a hotel like this ! Ring for tea and coffee, put rubbish in bags outside the room, sheets will be delivered if asked for … At to very least provide anyway !shocking hotel pandemic wise I’d expect more cleaning ! Room shocking too noisey and pillows near useless. Tv tiny and bathroom tiled by someone with no taste. Horrid avoid the place ! Expect nothing cos that’s what you’ll get 0/10 !

Everything as expected from a good hotel chain. Only odd thing was that the receptionist insisted on charging us in Euro rather than Zloty, thus imposing the hotel's (bad) exchange rate. "The computer doesn't allow any different".

Well, the first room I got was on the noisy side of the hotel. It was impossible to relax and sleep!! Fortunately, next day I was moved to a different one. One morning I put "do not disturb" sign for about 2 hr and never got service after that on this particular day. As for breakfast it was not included in my package (?) and too expensive and somehow boring. Anyway the high points go for location.
