The staff were lovely and helpful with any questions. Cleaning options were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again. In a very central location to the train station.

Friendly, efficient service from start to finish. A no bottled water policy is in place, which means you can refill a provided carafe from the communal fountains if you want water, instead of being given bottled water. It'd be nice to be able to get sparkling water from these points. The self serve jacuzzi/sauna/gym (opened from 6am to midnight), is a nice touch, we chose this over the breakfast. There was no bathrobe in the room which came as a surprise. Nice, firm bed, usual tea making facilities in place.

Everything was great The best part of the hotel is that it is near the shopping mall, train station, important attractions and good restaurants. It is worth the money.

Air conditioner is very loud but not warm enough in very cold and freezing winter days during our stay. Breakfast okay. The receptionist didn’t process my booking properly so that I got locked out of the room.

Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent, especially for gluten free (but sometimes bread was not available). Only thing letting it down was the elevators (not in service or didn't work properly) and it was difficult to find the stairs.

The smell of the room was really bad to be honest and the cleaner keep open the door in the morning even I have the tag showing that don't need clean service, she or he opened my door twice!
