Perfect Hotel

Location was perfect if you’re interested in history, it’s right in the Jewish Quarter and there is A LOT to do nearby. It’s a short walk to the Old Town and Wawel Castle too. Location was as good as it can get really. Room was nice and big with a lot of storage. Only complaint is that the toilet was “used” on arrival, and there were still caps from toiletries in the shower which tells me a thorough clean was not done. Receptionist on entry was very friendly and informative but for the others not so much. Breakfast was okay however not many vegetarian options, and I ended up accidentally eating bacon as it was hidden under some cheese on a mushroom which was in a serving dish that for the previous two days was vegetarian :(

best location

We found this hotel to be "Perfect" for our needs. It was well located, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything required (and more) breakfasts had a great variety and were plentiful. Receptionists (the 2 ladies) were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone with similar requirements to ourselves

Well designed compact and clean

The hotel was lovely with friendly staff. Extremely large room with nice decor. The only disappointment was that the TV in the living room section of the flat did not work and the shower was blocked. Apart from that it was a nice stay.

Location is great, near trams and plenty awesome food options, 20 min walk to old town and cracow castles.Hotel staff were super friendly and when we arrived a bit earlier our rooms were already avaliable to us. On the other hand in my opinion this hotel is solid 3 stars not more, place lacks in cleanliness and breakfasts are rather poor, our booking had free breakfast upgrade so we were no fuss but if we would paid full price for poor choice and quality of food I we would be very disappointed. Overall this is good place to stay due to mix of.good location and decent price

I had a most wonderful stay and would have no Hesitation whatsoever in recommending Perfect Hotel, I was allowed to check in early, And the Staff Anya,Katia,Justina,and,Anton and off the course the Housemaids, Were not only attentive and very helpful,but also very Knowledgeable about the Area Thankyou all once again for your care and kindness, God bless you all 🙏

I'm writing this review so to complain about a safety issue. We arrived at the hotel late Sunday, July 10th. We we entered the room it was hot and the instructions on the air conditioning was in Polish. Instead of contacting the desk I decided to open the 8 foot glass door that was connected to the balcony. To my shock, the door was not attached in the top left corner. I was able to prop the door with a chair and decided to contact the front desk the next morning. I was informed that it would be taken care of and that we would be able to switch rooms. On Friday I had had enough. I demanded that the gentleman on duty come up to the room and survey the glass door. He politely stated that he would comp the two soft drinks from the mini bar and allow us free breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday. Safety should be a number one issue at any hotel. If I'm paying for a room with a balcony I should be able to use it. Why could they simply have us change rooms? I saw no activity on our floor most evenings/mornings. There were only 6 rooms on our floor. The Perfect Hotel did have positive things going for it. Location, a very good breakfast and a comfy bed were appreciated. However, this incident could have been handled much more professionally. Hopefully, Perfect Hotel will learn from this avoidable mistake.

Great location, 4 min walk from the food trucks we wanted to visit and about a 20 minute walk to old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes’s nearby.

Very kind and professional staff.
