Excellent location, room standard far superior than most hotels with higher price tag, equipped to high standard, quiet, in strict city center, beautiful park just across the street, behind it one of the nicest shopping malls in Poznan. 10-15 minute walk to town square. Very good, I'm fully satisfied with my stay.

I like my room. It was good to have a fridge, cutlery and crockery. Town centre is a short walk. A convenience store nearby. A mall enroute to town and one in the park opposite both with supermarkets so good. But they should state on their Expedia entry and website that weekends the desk opens at noon. Private apartments in a residential building. Offers spacious room and a modern design bathroom. It has a fridge, sink and a coffee maker plus some kitchen utensils. The ambience feels more like a studio apartment rather than a hotel room. Situated very close to Poznan Old Market Square. Friendly reception staff but not available 24 hours. They have a private underground parking with tight space and very difficult to maneuver. Our double occupancy room included breakfast but only for one person. Had to pay extra for the second person which we found it a bit strange. Despite this, given the location, the size and the cleanliness of our room, we still think it is a good value for money given the price we paid.

Don't be put off by the alternative reception and the location in a shopping arcade. If you want a comfortable, modern room in a good inner-city location, this place is perfect.

Great apartment, very secure and clean. The only problem was the kitchen wasn't a real kitchen, it was merely a wardrobe containing a plug in stove, a pot, pan, two plates and no bowls or microwave or air extraction. Very hard to look after the needs of a child as a result.

Just a short walk from the railway station and same again on to the market square. Check-in friendly, free wifi in the rooms was a bonus. Our twin room was fantastic. Looks very recently refurbished, very big room, nice furnished, bathroom very nice, all looking very new and clean. Def recommend as a place to stay in Poznan.

I liked the place it was very conveniant to town and conforance centre. BUT you must try get an off street room or you will be kept awake all night. (EAR PLUGS) The advertised Fridge was not there and the coffe/tea didn't get replaced but if you don't mind all that then it was a great stay.

we are talking about apprtments in residential building . most of hotel facilities do not exist . yet as an apprtment located in the center of the town, new with excellent design clean i would recommend it for those who would like to stay in studio apartment
