This is a beautiful classy historic property. The hotel is immaculately clean, the beds comfortable, and the decor makes you feel like you're back in the 1940s. Very friendly front desk.Horses clip clop by outside and there's a great view of the krakow theater. Extremely close to krakow train station. Only 5min walk. A hidden gem . I'll bev back.

The cleanliness throughout stands out! Great location in the heart of Krakov’s Old Town & close to its main attractions. Room amenities provide tea & coffee but lack milk for coffee. As a white coffee drinker I had to provide my own. I would definitely book this hotel again.

We checked in after 4pm and had to check out at 4am the next day to catch a flight so couldn't really appreciate what this hotel has to offer. But the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is well located for the old town. Will definitely book this place again, and hopefully for longer next time. Thank you

Great historical location , friendly staff

We stayed here on the final day of our tour of Poland, before catching our train to the airport to fly home. The location was perfect for us, being only a 10 minute walk to the railway station (from which to get the train to the airport) and in the heart of the old town. The hotel is old and full of character but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all the amenities one would expect from a better hotel (we had two televisions, a shower, bath and USB charging points). There was no bar in which to have a nightcap on returning from dinner but the hotel recommended one which was only a few doors along and that was fine too. Plenty of reasons to like, especially the friendly staff on reception.

Very good location to see old town krakow. Property is definitely old as it is 2nd hotel built in krakow, but updated nicely. Breakfast was great, location was great, no issues.

Great stay and the fan really came in handy during the heat. Room was well kept and tidy great space to fit all our stuff. Area was very handy for what we wanted to see and do in Krakow.

This is a lovely historic hotel in the middle of Old Town Krakow. The ambience is great, the breakfast was terrific, and the staff were very helpful and kind. When our Auschwitz tour was moved up several hours, causing us to miss breakfast, they were able to arrange to-go bags for us, which was a lifesaver.

Hotel Pollera is centrally located, with helpful and courteous staff. It is also close to the places I wanted to go to.

I stayed four nights in a single room. Room was very small and carpet was stretched. Housekeeping people very nice. Breakfast is very good and worth the 60 zy as it was not included with my room. Best is location. Close to market square which is fabulous and has restaurants galore.
