The reception personnel were professional and a great help. From checking in to moving us when there was a loud clanging noise in the room. We got delicious free coffee in the restaurant and the employees there were very helpful. It was an all around great experience. So close to everything.

Wow this hotel is perfection. Really well done - lobby has tons of seating, bedding is so comfy, mini fridge always appreciated. Shower great and doesn’t get the whole bathroom wet. I really enjoyed the spa on the top floor. They even have bikes to use. Staff at front desk super nice. There was a bottle of bubbly in the room but didn’t know if it was a gift or for a charge, might be helpful to make that clear so we didn’t touch it. Even the towels were huge. Location is perfect we walked all over. I would stay here again for sure.

More than you can expect! It is an amazing hotel with nice service, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast and views including chilling in sauna. Too level for reasonable price!

Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.
