Great location, wonderfully clean apartment, well appointed.

Pros: - The apartment is lovely, very well furnished and decorated. Very spacious and lit with very warm lighting giving good vibes especially at night. - Everything looks like brand new and very well preserved. - Beautifully located in the old city which is gorgeous. - Perfect location to access everything in a short time. Cons: - No microwave oven was available in spite of being included in the property description when we booked (and we would have needed a microwave oven indeed). - Communication with the property owner was terrible as she didn’t speak a single word in English. Plus, the owner was a bit rude and definitely not very friendly when we complained about the missing microwave. Owner didn’t even manage to reply to our text messages. - Cleanliness was not great as we found a few stains on the bathroom towels (most likely rust from the radiator) and on the bed sheet (that actually was a mattress protector only, with no sheets (too bad)). The kitchen sink was filthy and the fridge could have been in a better status. - When renting this property please consider that nothing essential is provided (i.e. salt and olive oil, coffee, etc.). - Kitchen is missing some basic stuff such as kitchen towels and a colander.

This place is beautiful and perfectly located in the old town. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. Looks brand new. Great location next to Old Town Square. Olga was a gracious host and waited for us to check in as our train ran three hours late. Only issue is the listing has the wrong address and an incorrect phone number.

This was the best place we stayed on our three country / 5 city tour around Europe. Best size apartment, full kitchen and laundry, quick walk to Uber drop zone, close to all attractions. Too noisy to keep windows open at night but good windows for noise proofing at night. I would check here first whenever returning to Warsaw.

The instructions I received seemed a bit complex and scary, but it was ultimately spot on.

The apartment was near the wall of old town. The instructions to the location is clear and we communicated through messages about time of meeting (no 24 hour check in counter) so check in went smoothly. The host was nice but did not speak English fluently (it was fine since the host spoke enough English to provide instructions for entering the apartment). The apartment was clean and close to attractions in old town.

Check in was difficult. They should just send the self check in instructions prior to simplify the check in

Nice place located well within the oldtown area. Our main complaint is with the bed, too hard and the pillows were not good. We had to go out and buy new pillows, which we left with the property when we departed. It was the only way to sleep properly. The property was clean and tidy.

Clean and bright apartment, perfectly located in Warsaw's Old Town. Lively and safe neighbourhood, and easy access/communication with host. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location just off the square in the old town. 1 minute walk from many bars and restaurants and about 5 from main street. Very quiet despite location. Room was at the back of the building and even though we had windows open as it was very warm it was peaceful with only the odd bird breaking the silence. Host met us just exactly on time stated and showed us around and explained everything. Great comms. Would definitely recommend. Only thing to consider is its an old building with no lift so maybe not suitable for all as there was steps both into apartment complex and up to it. Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful city of Warsaw

You can’t beat the location for the price. Old town is in every direction you go.

I loved the apartment's layout, easy access and great location. It was well lit, spotless and smelled clean. I loved the view of the city wall and the courtyard from the living area. The beds were quite comfortable and the laundry machine and drying rack was a great aid. I would recommend to my pickiest friend. Thank you for our wonderful stay♥️🤍

It is an A for location and friendliness. It is in a terrific location, just steps from the old town. It is clean and safe. Prepare to bring in whatever you might want in terms of basic supplies like paper towels and other consumables.

Our family of four was very comfortable. It was clean, great closet space, close to the square but also quiet. I especially liked the automatic lights in the stairwells, the ability to drop off luggage early and the fan in the room. Suggestions for improvement better pillows and more pillows.

Nice airy apartment, well decorated and well located

Spacious apartment in an excellent location near attractions and lots of bars / restaurants. Has most things you need for a short stay. Communication could have been better and whilst the apartment was clean, it was not "Covid clean" in that there had been no extra cleaning done. Personally, we were ok with that but a little extra effort would be helpful for others. Friendly owner / host although a little difficult to find initially as address provided not the exact location.Overall however, it was good and I would recommend, subject to above comments.
