Nice property. We had a big room with a nice view of the Opera house. We opened the windows and could hear the performers rehearsing.

Beautiful hotel in old town. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Amenities open late. Room service and restaurant were excellent! Was a beautiful stay and wedding reception venue.

Awesome location. In the center of everything, and walkable to restaurants and shops and so much. The rooms are "large." Note, that if you are traveling, pay attention to the number of people per room. They mayh be the size of a small apartment, but there is only so many beds. More than two, family apartment best (yes, like an apartment). The Michelin restaurant is fabulous - and so reasonably priced. The pool was a favorite for our grandchildren. The sauna was where my husband stayed. Service was great. People were friendly. They understood English well - except for one room service order. Housekeeping is diligent. We would stay again.

Lovely spacious room, large bath with seperate rain shower and gorgeous l'occitane shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion (and all other toiletry products eg nail file, ear buds, cottonpads etc). Great that there was a nespresso machine with genuine nespresso capsules and when requested a kettle and teabags were provided. Complimentary fresh fruit available daily at reception and in spa area. Very relaxing quiet salt room and sauna, and the pool was a good size although too warm for swimming lengths/workouts. Didn't use the gym however good variety of machines/weights. Staff were polite and the location of the hotel perfect for easy access to the old town and Christmas markets. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Aspects that can be improved, steamroom was tepid and needs to be hotter, jacuzzi more like a kids pool that has been converted as only has a single row of jets along the seat with very sharp edges and water temperature the same as the pool. The water feature/rain shower wasn't working. Didn't like the grills over our bedroom windows as view was obstructed and the trams, although not too frequent, were noisy. The decor was a bit stark but that's personal preference, and our room generally needed a freshen up as the desk was chipped and table over bed surface warped and cuf at bottom missing on one side. Couldn't figure out the light switches and no direct cable charging, had to have adapter. Overall, great 4 day stay and would definitely stay again.
