Verde Apartments

The apartment was perfect, the only thing that we can say anything about is the water in the kitchen - it splashes everywhere. And more then 1 dishwashercleaner for a 3 day stay, would had been nice. And a kitchen “towel”

There was no reception desk or anyone to ask about my room. The towels were stained and weren’t white but yellowed, there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, the fridge was leaking water and was full of condensation, and the carpet was dirty in the corners. Did I mention there was NO hot water when I went to wash my hands and then have a shower? Well, there wasn’t. Cold shower to end my day. I contacted the property directly to ask about compensation for the terrible conditions. Their response was “We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience in your apartment, the water might need some time to warm. All the defects have been reported.” I ran the water for at least 10 minutes. It still wasn’t hot. No mention of compensation. I have stayed at several apartments but this is by far the very worst. I will never stay at this property again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. If this was a hotel with a reception desk, I am confident that I would have received better service. The positive was the king size bed - very comfortable.

Both our rooms had a bad smell that was coming from bathroom. I guess there is issue with the sewer ventilation. Bed was very clean and comfortable and coffee downstairs was delicious

Great place for money, clean , modern and great stuff

iPaden lyste upp hela natten och gick inte att stänga av. Rummet var kallt då iPad låste sig. Det saknades underlakan då vi bokat för 4 pers. Bra badkar o väldigt fräscht.

Allting var bra!

Flott rom med alle fasilitetene… rent og fint! Sentral beliggenhet… meget hjelpsom service! Anbefales på det aller varmeste! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! 😊

Rent, fint och bekvämt lägenhetshotell. Tyvärr har staden inte mycket att erbjuda.

Flot lejlighed med det nødvendige, og nem tjek ind. Der manglede håndklæder ved ankomst, men de blev leveret dagen efter. Intet at klage over og vender gerne tilbage. Gratis parkering

Een super mooi appartement.

Przytulny apartament z możliwością samodzielnego zameldowania się. Centrum Koszalina, idealna baza wypadowa.

Küche sehr basic ausgestattet. Geschirr hatte teilweise Essensreste. Durch den viel vorbeifahrenden Verkehr war es relativ laut in Unterkunft. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Pad dafür war sehr hell im Wohnzimmer und die Helligkeit ließ sich nicht dimmen. Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Feste Matratze.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet und zugang ging auch über eine App mit Handy. Es müsste noch ne Möglichkeit geben im Bad um Handtücher anzuhängen....und in der Küche ein Schneebesen usw. .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker alles in der Nähe...Der Urlaub war Super !!!!!

Obiekt nowy. Czysto i wygodnie. Duża wygodna łazienka. Wystrój hotelowy (bezkompromisowi miłośnicy nietuzinkowego designu mogą być nieco zawiedzeni ;) Bezproblemowa obsługa bez recepcji. Dobry kontakt. Bezpłatny parking obok budynku. Śniadanie w kawiarni na dole smaczne, choć bez elementów ciepłych (niemała kanapka (kilka do wyboru), kawa, cynamonka). Lepiej kupić je osobno (bezpośrednio w kawiarni). Ogólne wrażenie pozytywne. Do tej pory nie znalazłem nic lepszego w Koszalinie, a zatrzymywałem się tam kilkakrotnie w różnych miejscach.

Bardzo przyjazny i przyjemny apartament w centrum. Dobre miejsce wypadowe nad morze np. do Mielna

Tolle Unterkunft, neue Möbel, ein riesiges bequemes Bett mit allen Sorten Kissen und riesengroßer Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen und der Möglichkeit sich mit Netflix zu verbinden. Unsere Tochter hatte eine tolle, bequeme Couch zum Schlafen. Kontaktloses einchecken mit Code und kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Fragen wurden von Verde Apartments direkt beantwortet. Für den Preis unschlagbar!
