Found the staff to be very helpful ! Always asking if there is anything I need. Really really nice people !

Staff was fantastic, friendly, kind and willing to put up with my lack of being able to speak Italian.

The beds were old, uncomfortable and it was impossible to have a good night sleep.

I did not like that they have no elevator. Staff first class. Very professional but also very friendly. Sasha and Agatha the best

Pretty good hotel outside Warsaw. A few minor issues with the room, somewhat broken bed and insufficient air conditioning to overcome a warm night. Friendly staff and nice included breakfast in the morning.

In overall was ok. There were some fishy people around most of the time. The bed is terrible, and the walls are basically not isolated at all. After 11pm forget about even watching TV, because your next door will start punching on the wall. The breakfast was just ok. The restaurant is just OK. Parking place is very good. If you look more, you'll certainly find a better place to stay!

Somewhat outdated facility. No standup shower...just a tub with a handheld spray nozzle. This forced me to take a bath (instead of shower) which turned out to be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. Anna did a favor for me which helped immensely! Overall, ok place to stay.

CALM HOTEL

Hotel just off main road but not bothered by traffic noise. Staff fantastic- nothing too much trouble. Made a good base for travelling to BGZ Arena every day.

Good local hotel slightly away from the busy industrial part.

I booked this hotel due to the location to my family's funeral. The hotel is still stuck in the 80's with actual keys, crappy WIFI connection and a bathroom which is absolutely useless. There is no possibility to take a normal shower without the assistance of another person, hint my wife. The overall appearance is good with descent security. The breakfast included was descent and good coffee. Overall rating would be a 3.0 out of five but could easily be upgraded to a 4.0 improving certain conditions.

I booked the hotel from 3rd Sept to 7th Sept 2015. I informed them we would check-in late. At check-in, Mr Cezary said without apology 'But you know that you will need to move out for one day?' as they were fully booked for a wedding reception. We had to move hotels on Sat morning - a huge inconvienience as we were going to a wedding as well. I asked to stay the rest of our stay in the other hotel (pre-arranged by Villa Estera). On Sat morning we had to eat breakfast by the front door! Breakfast was not prepared. I asked for bread rolls, there were none, or any fruit too. On check-out I asked to pay the full price for our 4 night stay and then the V.E to pay the alternative hotel. Mr Cezary (who lacks any customer service skills) said I had to pay them myself, but the price was the same. The new hotel was more expensive! I was NOT contacted by anyone from V.E. I rang V.E on Sun. Mr Cezary answered. When asked why I had not been updated he blamed me for not leaving a contact number (it was on the booking) The new hotel were advised by V.E to give a refund on V.E's behalf but the receptionist did not have authority to do it. I have not had a refund or an apology for the way we have been treated. This is shocking behaviour. The V.E is far from 4 star hotel.

Fantastic staff who also served us drinks after the bar was closed AND we got a round of drinks for free! There is a very nice garden outdoor restaurant with a fireplace, perfect for a romantic dinner or a girls night out. The hotel has very beautiful paintings on walls, its a perfect getaway for a romantic weekend or even for a wedding reception! Very easy to reach from the a2 and the main roads so didnt waste any time in traffic as we just only stayed one night.

Der var renligt alle steder og hvis man manglede noget kom personalet med det samme. Stedet var dekoreret meget romantisk og havede fantastiske rammer til et bryllup Desværre var værelserne meget små og fjernsynet hængt op ,så vi ikke kunne se det fra sengen...og da vi skulle bruge sofaen som ekstra opredningsplads, var det ikke en mulighed. Morgenmad koldt og kedeligt fra sengen.

Too much for partys till late night, too little attention for hotel guests. They never do the bed, no shower cleaning.

Buona posizione non lontano dal centro, il parcheggio doveva essere gratuito , solo dopo aver preso possesso della camera ci è stato fatto pagare ,siamo ancora in attesa della fattura abbiamo pagato cena e parcheggio ma ancora non sappiamo che cosa abbiamo pagato

Reserverede et deluxe værelse. Det var meget småt og man kunne næsten ikke gå rundt. Måtte flytte bord og stol for at komme til skab. Skiftede værelse efter en nat til et lidt større. Her manglede der køleskab, hvilket de godt vidste. Sådan noget skal bare være ok. Der var ikke sæbe i holderen i badet de næste 2 dage. Værelset var mega koldt og uden varme, selvom det kun var 10 - 12 grader udenfor. De var ikke sæson for at tænde for varmen endnu svarede de. Det kan man ikke byde gæster. Jeg ved ikke hvad de får deres 4* for, hvilket var det der lokkede.

Ogólnie OK. Ale materace to już się nadają do wymiany - trochę druty uwierają przez co człowiek średnio się wysypia.

Jak zwykle wszystko OK.
